To try to save it they sprinkled salt and chile flakes. There was no integration in this sandwich. It was disjointed and low quality.... I threw it away. The almond butter was better... it was fresh but still had to deal with that non toast ...struggling to be mid level bread. The big problem with the almond "toast" was the sliced bananas on top. They weren't ripe. Sweet bananas go nicely with almond butter but starchy green bananas not so much. The açaí bowl was acceptable if not extraordinary. Its main problems were unripe bananas and almond butter that was just placed in the bottom of the bowl to be discovered as the unsuspecting eater was nearing the end of the açaí. I like almond butter but a large glob in the final few mouthfuls is not my idea of best usage. There are far better versions of all of these. You have to pay it on your cell phone, and they charge a $1.20 service fee. So 30 minutes of parking is actually $4.20. This was just enough time for us to go inside order sit to eat and get back to the car with five minutes to spare. Luckily, we went in during a slow period, because we were able to order right away. Also, there is only bar top seating with four barstools, so it was the perfect amount of seats for those in my group who were eating. Most people who came behind us did a grab and go.

I politely asked whether something had gone wrong, since people who ordered after me had already finished their meals. The response I received was shocking: "If you don't like to wait, go get a refund." I replied that customers should not be spoken to that way, and the employee responded, "I don't care about attitude." When I asked to speak with a manager, she simply turned around and walked away. I had to stop other employees to find a manager. During this time, another employee yelled, "Hey, hey, take your dog away from the food." My small service dog was in my arms, and I was standing outside the pickup area--not in the kitchen or food preparation area. While I was calmly explaining my concerns to the manager, the same employee slammed a tray onto the table with a loud bang, which felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. To the manager's credit, she personally cooked my order. However, I finally received two scrambled eggs after waiting more than an hour. She promised she will have a talk with them. Mistakes happen. One thing I like it very much is that the foods are generally very lightly seasoned. For example, I was told that the eggs in burrito "did not have salt" -- it did not taste bland though, because the tortilla and cheese are both salty. I also enjoy their sourdough very very much. Chewy, moist, slightly sour -- so good that I always ask for some extra. Besides food, the dining area was colorful and bright and spacious, with both small tables and communal tables for working/eating. What disappointed me a bit was my third visit. My soft scrambled egg was overcooked and I got my side of sourdough toasted with butter the first time. Despite this, I would love to come back and try more dishes!
