I've never had such a bad experience at a smoothie shop before. I arrived around 5:00-5:40 PM, February 8 2025. to pick up an order, and the man in the photo was the one attending customers. He kept complaining about having to work alone that day. When I asked about my order, he rudely responded, 'If you can read, it's right in front of your f*ing face.' I was shocked and thought I had misheard him, so I asked again. He then showed me a piece of paper that wasn't even my order, told me to read it, and ripped it up right in front of me. I asked him what his problem was and told him that, since he worked there, he should be the one checking the orders. After that, I just sat back down to wait. After a long wait, he suddenly yelled 'HEYYY' at me in a rude tone. When I stood up, he only asked me what my order was and said he was just now getting started on it. I had to wait even longer for him to finally prepare it, and when he was done, I simply took it and left without saying anything. Unbelievably RUDE worker. She didn't even greet me, I'm the only one in the store. I order my smoothie without a "what can I get you" or "how can I help you today". Straight silence. As she's making my smootie I'm sitting there patiently waiting and as I check my phone for a second I realize no one is working anymore. It's been like 4 minutes at this point and my smoothie is just sitting up front with no acknowledgment that is ready. Just unbelievably rude vibe there and my lid doesn't even fit. I used to come here alot and I hope she has a better attitude next time for the next customer because you just lost one today. Workers are slow and incompetent. Placed an online order and waited 30 minutes. No sign of my order even being made. The 2 people that were in the store are god aweful slow. I had an absolutely horrible experience here. On Saturday afternoon, august 19, I came in ordering a smoothie, and I waited for a long time before I was acknowledged. There was only one man working there, and he completely ignored me. While he was ignoring me, he was slamming stuff all over and liquid was splashing in all directions, contaminating the surfaces and floors. He then finally acknowledged me after a while and asked what I wanted. I asked him if he thought the angel food was good. He said "I don't know, just pick one" in a very rude and loud tone. So I picked the angel food smoothie, and put my credit card in the register. The register was malfunctioning and I asked him for help, and he told me "dude just do it again, I'm busy here! If it doesn't work, then I'll just throw out your smoothie and you can leave" I've never been treated this poorly by a man at smoothie king before, and I'm a regular customer. I heavily advise the manager of smoothie king to conduct an investigation into his behavior, I believe his behavior deserves serious disciplinary action. I'm a doctor and if me or my nurses ever treated a patient this way, that would be completely unacceptable in the workplace. I left the store nearly in tears and spoke to a few customers who left the store too, all of whom told me that they thought that man was the most unprofessional man they've ever encountered. read more

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I LOVE smoothie king but this location is rude. We are visiting from out of town, and wanted to get a treat before heading home. We entered the place at 8:38 pm and were not acknowledged. After looking over the menu, the lady said "we are actually closing, I've cashed out the drawer." The sign on the door and google clearly state it closes at 9 pm. I'm sorry but I've worked food before and we were never allowed to close out a drawer 20 minutes before closing. The worker followed us out and locked the door immediately. I will be calling their manager to complain. Fun LITTLE place and cute ordered Banana Berry treat .Very nice team members it is located in a tight parking near Petco so the area has alot of teens from the westlake high school. After drinking the smoothie is amazing like ice cream but sugsr free and healthy for you. It is such a delightful cheerful place. We're in town for a sporting event so we came on two separate days, and both times the girls working got orders wrong, and refused to fix them. Would give zero stars if I could. Pulled into parking lot excited to get a smoothie after a long work shift. Noticed there was zero outdoor signage about masks. I also saw through the window MULTIPLE customers without masks. When I called to double check on their mask policy, the employee just said "everyone wears masks here." Which based on what I saw was an outright LIE. If you're immunocompromised, DO NOT GO HERE. They are LYING about everyone wearing masks only to allow customers to walk around (without their order even yet!) without masks. walked in, 2 employees, none greeted me. didn't even look in my direction. i picked up my mobile order and said thank you with a pretty good volume. no one acknowledged it. i then yelled it loudly and none of them looked at me or said anything again. very unfortunate that this business hires these types of employees. a business' sole existence is from their customer base, so you would think making the customer feel welcomed or at least acknowledging them would be a priority. won't return here again, taking my business to juiceland. juiceland is always clean, the smoothies are tasty and consistent, and the employees are extremely kind to their customers which makes for a great ambiance. read more

Smoothie King always makes my shakes great. I came down from the mall originally due to a friend saying that they have $5 Mondays. That $5 drink lasts me all the way up to Wells Branch where I go to school. Its been a little bit busy during the time I go but they tend to have 2-3 people out front. I've also gone when its slow. The associates are always happy to be working and will help you if you are undecided. I'm really glad I found this hidden gem. Spoke directly to a manager in regards to a curbside pick up sign indicating to call to order between the designated times. The first time I went to this location I was greeted by a super friendly employee who walked me through the menu and gave me a sheet with coupons. I used coupons on the next visits which was great because the prices are a bit high but you're paying for quality. If you do the survey on the bottom of the receipt you can get $1 off your next smoothie. They also have specials. read more
