The young lady who helped me was not familiar with cortados, but she was willing to give it a try. She did great. The espresso to milk ratio was perfect. The milk was super hot, but a little time walking around the shop before sipping fixed that. What a shop!! From jewelry, to clothing, to paint, and stationary; this shop seems to have it all.
