As for energy levels, more focus, overall better moods, etc.., it made a very subtle difference. My sister who was also taking it with me said that she felt a difference in her energy levels and felt "happier" / in a better mood. I think it just depends on each person. The taste was not bad at first but after a few times of taking it morning and evening (twice a day) I was not liking the taste. When it goes in the texture is gel / pudding like with no flavor but after you swallow it tastes like something that shouldn't be edible. I don't have the right words to describe the taste because it is 100% edible, just does not taste like it should be. There are also many different products at the store.
