Today the 20th of June I was on my way to my job so I placed an order online which I normally don't do. I didn't know smoothie king had an espresso chocolate hulk as I normally get the regular chocolate hulk and it is my favorite. I accidentally ordered the caffeinated drink online and sped to your smoothie king location to stop your order while my passenger was trying to contact your store via phone number, customer service line, and gift card services. The only person who answered was the gift card services and they didn't help with this situation. As soon as I arrived at the location my passenger and I ran into the store and asked politely for them to remake the smoothie because we didn't know the caffeinated version existed. The staff member had a not so kind tone saying we had to pay full price for another smoothie, while I was ordering my correct smoothie they threw away the caffeinated one even though I already played for it. They then remade both drinks but I won't be visiting this spot again until a proper resolution is taken. read more

I was looking for a sweet treat but also wanted to have something healthy and with protien, this place was perfect! My boyfriend recommended thus place because their smoothies are delicious, and they offer add ins like protien powder. I chose the medium gladiator smoothie, it had 45 grams of protein, and you get two add-ins. For my two add-ins, I chose mango, and it was so amazing! You couldn't taste the protien, you could feel it in the texture, but it tasted of mango!This smoothie was a perfect meal replacement, being 220 calories and 45 grams of protein. The medium size is plenty, the large is almost too much. My boyfriend went with the large strawberry smoothie, it doesn't come with protien unless you add it and it's just a sweet treat but boy was it delicious as well! I was so impressed with the list of smoothies and how they have different categories for what you are looking for. Thr service was great too! They greeted me right away and gave me plenty of time to look at the menu and answered my questions, and it did not take long to make the drinks. I will say it is kinda pricey but with the quality of the drinks it was worth it for me! I highly recommend this place. read more

Ordered two 32oz smoothies, and the people behind us ordered the same thing but a smaller size, the workers then gave our drinks to the people who ordered after us, and when we had brought this up they gave us their smaller drinks with no extra comments besides saying they ordered the same thing. No care to the extra money we had paid for a larger size and no apologies. read more

What can be improved? Their customer service. We arrived 20 minutes before closing and were treated like crap by 2 of the 5 employees because they were cleaning and clearly did not want any more customers. When an establishment has operating hours that clearly say open until 9pm then they should be at to serve the full menu until closing. Not to mention the sparky attitudes of the register clerk and the obvious shift manager. I will not be going back to this poorly run establishment where the customer is belittled and cannot get what is on the menu. read more

3 guys working. Asked if they would not drizzle peanut butter but add almond butter on top of a bowl. They said no. Ok, that's fine, I said I'll just take the PB. Then the 7 people behind us got their orders first, and when they called us up, they only had one of 2 bowls ready. We told them we paid for two, they just stared at us, signed, and walked away from us without saying anything to check the register. We paid $28, so definitely two. This is such a lovely place! I love their smoothies and they are smooth and delicious too! The consistency isn't too thin or too thick, but they make it the right way. I also love every team member's smiles, especially this one worker which I forgot her name. She is just so cool and sweet! And she has a lovely personality as well! These guys are terribly slow and not on time. And that was my online order. After 5 minutes and watching people walk up and order get their drinks I finally ask where my drinks are? The lady gets my drinks out of the freezer? Ordered on the mobile app like I always do about 3-4 times a week. This time around the service mainly the server named Faith was absolutely rude. I walk in behind another guy who is picking up a mobile order. He picks up his smoothie and as I'm in the middle of saying pick up for my name she cuts me off and says "yeah it's not ready yet" yet I see a smoothie ready for pick up in the see through fridge. I wait another 20 minutes and people who came in after me are leaving. I see the female whisper to her coworkers grabs the smoothie I've been staring at for 20 minutes and says my name. This female is careless at her job didn't take the time to apologize for her mistake or even being rude cutting me off before I could say my name. I proceed to tell her she should let people finish when they're saying the name for their order and she looks at her coworkers and laughs. When the gentleman came from the back he informed me that they had just stopped the promotion a few mins ago and I had just missed it. It was 11:10 in the morning. I couldn't wait ANY longer because I was expecting to have my smoothie at the promised time and I didn't want this to make me late for my job. I called to get a refund TWICE. I've been going since they opened and really enjoy the smoothies. Their taste and nutritional value, along with the price, is great. $5 Fridays? You can't beat that man. I usually get the vegan dark chocolate banana - probably the best smoothie I've ever had. Very consistent, always tastes great. I had the hydration tart cherry lemonade last time and it was delicious. I've also had the daily warrior, blueberry heaven, lemon ginger spinach, veggie superfood, vegan mango kale, and vegan nutty supergrain and all are fantastic. The rewards program is also great. Only reason it doesn't get four stars is because sometimes when I order online I have to wait a long time past the pickup time for it to get schedule. It has nothing to do with the staff who are friendly and hard working. I assume the online system isn't very good. Other than that, love this place! read more

I had a great experience. I've been there several times, and the only reason they did not get five stars was that my order was messed up. The drink was crunchy the wrong flavor and had to much ice. Other than the error that one time, my orders have been correct. Excellent service every time I visit. The staff are always very friendly. My go to smoothie is a Vegan Nutty Supergrain with blueberries added. I have tried many of the smoothies and I love that some of them are meal replacements. These are great because they fit whatever my needs are. Much more than just a quick "shake". This smoothie king is so beautiful! I love the atmosphere. I follow a Keto Diet and being able to go in and get a quality meal replacement has been a life saver! I personally love the Keto Berry. It has almond butter and fresh blueberries (their products are so fresh...which sometimes does add time since they are making everything fresh with fresh products) but SO WORTH THE WAIT! Went in here for the first time with my husband. Only ones in the store and I ordered my smoothie but I said the wrong name. Right after I paid I noticed it was the wrong one since I have never been in before. I told the guy working and he said it was no big deal and was super awesome about it. Although the younger girl working glared at me from the moment I walked in. Didn't smile at me one time didn't say anything to me. Glared at me after I felt embarrassed I said the wrong smoothie name. She made me so uncomfortable and I could tell how pissed she was so I waited outside. They have a big selection (they look tasty), our diet smoothies were good, and the staff was great - I plan on coming back to try some of the other flavors. Any other day the smoothies are kind of pricey. 32 oz was $8 without add ins.
