Ordered several coffees via their Scooter App.,by the time I arrived their computer system was down and there was nothing she could do. Was instructed to come back the following day. I returned and the same person Informed me that Scooters computers refreshes every evening and all information is,,"LOST," and my refund would take 7-10 and it was my banks fault not theirs. They consistently mess my order up and overcharge me. I usually order shake with protein powder and they forget to add the powder 20% of the time, while still charging me for it. Usually I'm in a hurry and can't go back. Finally I've decided I'll just go somewhere else not worth the hassle. read more

I've been coming often for the last year and the drinks are always good to me but the last 3 times I've come this month, all of my drinks were never full. The first time it happened, it was ok bc things happen. This is a quick and reliable stop in the mornings! I enjoy their Peach Mango Quencher or their iced green tea. Their green tea tastes just like Starbucks! I also really like their maple waffle breakfast sandwich. It has just the right amount of sweetness to go with the sausage and egg. Perfection! The staff is always nice and I never have to wait long even with a line at the window. Definitely recommend! read more

Tried Scooters for the first time & wow, I'm obsessed! I got the peach mango quencher with green tea and it was absolutely delicious! Wasn't super sugary at all, just how a tea should be! Hubs got a pb power smoothie and loved every sip. They even had a pup cup and added a treat on top Will be returning here for sure!! read more

Normally I would give this place a 5 but the newest crew has reduced it to a one. We are regulars and when we went today, February 4, 2025 at 2:35PM, our order included a BUTTERFINGER Blender. When we pulled around, they read out the order and gave us a peanut butter blender instead. When we confirmed it was a peanut butter instead of Butterfinger, they had the atittude that it sucks to be you, we aren't changing it and said "they're the same thing". No, they aren't! We regular order them and there is a BIG difference between the peanut butter and the Butterfinger flavors! It wasn't even made right for a peanut butter either! Overpriced very sweet coffee. Food is always just frozen microwaved stuff so it comes out soggy. The baristas are always nice, that's the only reason for the 3 stars. read more

This my 3rd time coming to this Scooters and I have been impressed each time. The menu is easy to read and they have plenty for you to choose from. I was having a hard time picking something this morning, so I asked Mariah what her favorite was...she said a Caramel White Mocha...holy moly that thing was delicious. The ladies working the window are always so friendly, even when the bitter wind is blowing or that bright morning sun is blinding them. I really hope more people check them out, because in my opinion they are much better than Starbucks and their drive-thru is always backed up.
