The floral person left for the day, the item I wanted was sold out ( should of updated on the app I used, but didn't ) and a manager unwilling to make a customer happy and make the best floral arrangement possible in my price point. No ribbon no extra bear grass nothing. I'm extremely disappointed and although they did give us a two dollar discount the flowers were fully bloom so they were getting ready to die anyway, but I was stuck when I had to do the best thing I could with what I had, but if I was there, I would've chewed that Manager up one side and back down the other.
