The floral person left for the day, the item I wanted was sold out ( should of updated on the app I used, but didn't ) and a manager unwilling to make a customer happy and make the best floral arrangement possible in my price point. No ribbon no extra bear grass nothing. I'm extremely disappointed and although they did give us a two dollar discount the flowers were fully bloom so they were getting ready to die anyway, but I was stuck when I had to do the best thing I could with what I had, but if I was there, I would've chewed that Manager up one side and back down the other. To make matters worse, there was frozen, rotten food sitting in the cooler. Cleanliness is the bare minimum when serving food, and this location failed miserably. I left immediately and will not be returning. Management seriously needs to address their sanitation standards before someone gets sick.
