Today (4/12/26) around 3:30 PM, I visited the Smoothie King on GA Highway 20 in Conyers with my two toddlers to order smoothies. We were not greeted or acknowledged when we walked in. Instead, the two employees working looked at us and acted as though we were not there. One of the employees, the shorter of the two young women, then called me a "weirdo." When I asked what she meant, she said it was because of the way I was looking at her. I left the store embarrassed in front of my children and took my business elsewhere. This was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way, especially in front of their children. Very disappointing experience. read more

I don't know why this location's score is so low, but my visit was perfectly fine. This is my first time going to this location, as I missed my exit and found the next closest Smoothie King. The Service: The service was great. There were two young ladies working along with their shift manager. Everyone was nice and spoke when I entered. Since I did a mobile order, my drink was already prepared before I even entered the store. The Smoothie: My stomach was a little upset, so I ordered the Gut Health Mango Ginger Smoothie. They made it perfectly. Wasn't too thick or too watery. Overall, I hope this location gets more love. Since it's out of the way from me, I likely won't be back but they make a great smoothie! read more

This Smoothie King is located directly on Highway 20 and sits in a small plaza that is located in the larger Target shopping plaza. Parking is solid. There are plenty of spaces dedicated to the 4 store fronts along with Smoothie King, but on the chance you don't find store front parking, you can hit the massive lot to the side or rear of the store. It appears that this location went under a renovation/update not too long ago, as the interior of the store looked well taken care of, bright, clean and updated. It featured the newly added protein/snack wall, new menu boards and signage. The exterior of the building is still showing age, as the awning is worn and flaking and the building itself could use a good power washing. Service was just ok. When I arrived I was the only one in the store and it took an Associate about 3 minutes to even acknowledge me...and there were 3 of them. Once she took my order that was all the interaction, as once my smoothie was ready she just placed it on the counter and went back about her business. The smoothie is really why I came here, obviously...and I honestly wish I wouldn't have. I get the Coffee High Protein shake as I have had good luck with that one at all other locations, so I went with what I knew. Normally the smoothie is thick, rich with a good mix of coffee and mocha flavor that hides the protein powder. Not today, as my smoothie here was watery, gritty and protein powder heavy. It was disappointing to say the least. I do not find myself in Conyers often, but on the occasion that I do...this Smoothie King will not be on my places to stop by. read more

I don't frequent smoothie king's in general but this was my first one in Georgia & it was a major fail. It was nice inside but when I walked in there were two employees & one greeted me. Very nice girl. The other just stared at me most of the time. It was awkward. I ordered one of the new smoothie bowls. They didn't have the base I wanted so I got the other one. Probably the WORST smoothie bowl I've ever had. Very liquidy barely any granola. Everything sunk to the bottom & the base was sickly sweet. Super disappointed. read more

Terrible service! Learn how to make smoothies at home! I walked in, no one spoke. I asked the girl about green enhancements, she stared into space. The cashier proceeded to make my smoothie after wiping her hands on her butt several times! I asked for a small cup (not the 20 oz) so my baby could have some of mine. Hell no! The girl with the keloids in her ear needs to go!!! The nastiest attitude ever and zero accountability. I went back to get my smoothie remade, she originally made it and messed it up real bad and I was told I needed to wait after she messed it up....crazy right? I had a strawberry peanut power plus (only 5 ingredients) and it was clear that it was only strawberries and ice. While I'm waiting she messed up someone else's smoothie ( vegan mango kale) that was obvious it was missing spinach because it wasn't even green, at all, and she gets an attitude, calls the woman out of her name under her breath, and storms to the back, meanwhile I'm still waiting for me smoothie to be remade. I waited over twenty minutes, the on duty manager wouldn't leave the back as myself of others are clearly becoming frustrated with the employee and the girl with the nasty attitude had to go back and forth to the board to know what needed to be put in my drink. I asked her what her name was before I left to complain but she refused to tell me. I'll never shop with this store if her on the other manager are on duty. I've lived in Conyers for a little over a year and I have visited this Smoothie King at least three times. Each time the smoothie has been subpar. I don't know what they're doing, but the smoothies at this Smoothie King are not as good as other locations. I let the manager know and she seemed to not care. I came to get a smoothie yesterday at around 3:30/4 pm and there was a guy and girl working. I placed my ordered and when I paid, I asked the guy if I could give him my number for rewards and he said "no you need the app" and was rushing me out. I left and didn't day anything, but I want to mention that there is a sign next to the register that is facing the customers even though it says "do not face this side to customers", with how to help customers when they want to get their points and don't have their phone. It said not there that they can take my phone number so I can get my points, but the guy decided he didn't want to. The lack of help here makes me not want to come back again, I hadn't been to a Smoothie king in years, and I definitely won't be coming back again and I'll keep supporting small, local, family owned businesses instead. read more

1. No one greeted you as you walked in. 2. I stood at the register for 5 minutes. They proceeded to make smoothies for people who has presumably ordered online because I saw them putting the smoothies away in the freezer. 3. Finally, a young man came over and was like "did you order yet?" Did anyone take my order? No. I proceeded to order and pay. He was kind. 4. Apparently I was supposed to order at one register first but I had no idea because literally no one greeted me or asked me what I needed, had I ordered, etc. I went straight to a line which I assumed is where people were ordering. Customer service could be WAY better. Have a sign that says "ORDER HERE" and then "PAY HERE" If you're not going to greet people, at least make it easy for them and to figure out how to order abs purchase their products. Whatever you do, DO NOT go to this location! The manager is just as childish as the employee!! They made my smoothie wrong and when I requested a remake the manager called the police on me and tried to have me arrested. Now I am about to have this whole operation SHUT TF DOWN. All over something that could have been easily resolved. She also got me banned (Not that I was going to return). My smoothie was made with rancid/ spoiled ingredients. I took two sips and immediately went back to the store. I could not get a refund because they claim all sales are final. Until they start wearing hair nets or cover ups over their weaves, I'm not going back. First, the young lady tells me we don't have allergy bowls. I had to insist that Smoothie King does. I guess she had to go ask someone. She left the room and came back with the orange allergy bowl. My wife always speak highly of this place so yesterday I decided to join her which lead to both of us being so disappointed. It was as if no one was in charge or ran by kids, was even a time no one was behind the counter. I had to wait for 35 minutes to get my smoothie tonight. There was one guy working and it was not his fault at all. He was so nice and handled the stress very well. I felt so bad for him because he was so slammed. There was a line of people waiting to order and a line of people waiting to pay. He had to take orders, make the smoothies, check people out, and wash out the smoothie containers all by himself. Horrible service and not a great representation of Smoothie King. The staff is very nice but the owner is rude and ghetto. I overheard her talking to a customer very rudely when I was passing by to enter into another store next door. I heard the owner yelling at the customer. I knew it was the owner because I have been in the store before and she makes it known she owns the business. The customer left gracefully and got in her car and she sends out an employee to bother the customer. I am watching this all from the other store. The owner then comes out to bother the customer and heard her cursing. I applaud the lady for still remaining calm and professional with the unacceptable behavior from the owner. Good product but terrible customer service. They have a sign(s) posted 'All Sales Final'. I ordered a product and wanted to change it BEFORE drink was made. I was told I couldn't change order. Most Smoothie Kings are great. In fact, this is not a review of their products- as their products are excellent. The review is for this particular franchise, which is sub par, compared to the rest. On $5 Mondays- they exclude over 1/2 the most popular smoothies, including all the meal replacement smoothies. This is very different for me- but at this location, they have little post it sticky notes up on the board, on the 10 or so smoothies that are $5, which looks very unprofessional, in itself. Needless to say, I look forward to my$5 Mondays- but didn't' go to my usual stop this morning, and was upset with having to go through the list and find one that I wanted for $5. read more
