I will not return to this restaurant again. Greed seems to affect some owners. IF they would disclose this BEFORE ordering, it would give you a choice to stay or go somewhere else. Unfortunately this may affect tops in the future even hough the server has nothing to do with this greed. But if the servers don't make tips, the owners may revisit the decision.
