Smoothie sounded good on a very hot Saturday. They were little backed up and took a while to get my smoothies but never the Les's place was clean, employees were courteous and smoothies were delicious. I hate to do this review seeing how I'm a loyal Smoothie King customer and enjoy their smoothies but this location is the absolute worst. Friday, February 27, 2026, I ordered one smoothie and from the time of my purchase to the time I received my smoothie was 38 minutes. I wasn't the only one who was displeased at the location. Today I ordered two smoothies and it only took 25 minutes to get them from the time of order to received. However, today there were two customers who ordered after me that received their smoothies. I am updating my review...so we gave this location another try today and I must say the two young ladies they worked today were amazing! Not only Did they honor the early bird special they apologized about our first experience and our smoothies were DELICIOUS!! I really appreciate the fact that even though they were not involved in the first visit they def changed my perception and I will continue to visit. Again the place was also clean and fun. read more

Smoothies king, I come here twice a week and get the same thing. Today I had asked if the prices where different online vs in store and she responded rudely. Then later on I came back into the store realizing the fruit is complete mush and so I go back in and see if they can give me new fruit. The main manager says she won't remake it and she'll only give me a refund extremely rudely. Save your time and don't go here, the main manager is rude and immature. read more

Great service and the smoothie was prepared perfectly. We were greeted upon entry. I couldn't believe how clean the prep area was. I noticed the employees wiped down every surface after preparing our drinks. We had a kind & patient young man wait on us and another thing I noticed was that his hair was longish but he wore a hat... not sure if it was a fashion statement or because he was in a food prep area, either way, I appreciated it. Smoothie was icy , needed more water. new ladies up front were taking my smoothie with a rush of customers waiting . Used my smoothie to put in a tester cup and try my smoothie before handing it to me. Cup was messy. Been disorganized and lack a lot of training. I feel like the fool if I keep going back. Customer service lacking, they aren't very helpful in knowing the menu. At least have a 'goto' from each section to recommend. Be helpful, ask the questions 'can I help you find something yummy?' The smoothies taste the same as other locations but good service is a must. read more

This store is the cleanest Smoothie King i have ever been in. i stopped in as i was driving up I-35 for meetings out of town. The staff was great,, super friendly and really experienced. Emily helped me and knew the menu back/forth. There's a Starbucks next door so i plan to stop by often for coffee or smoothies while traveling. Easy on/off I-35 in Georgetown. read more

I ordered a smoothie online as I do almost everyday. Went into the lobby and the lobby was full of people. Understandably, I waited about 20 minutes before I received my smoothie. It was too thick to drink through the straw so I asked young lady behind the counter if she would please fix it. She added juice and put it back in the blender and then proceeded to make many, many new drinks. Mine was just sitting in the blender. After she handed out six new drinks she had made for various customers, she started another new one. The only assumption I could make is that she didn't like the fact that I sent it back and she was going to make sure I had to wait until she finished everyone else in the lobby before she fixed mine. I got upset and asked for a refund. Never received an apology. I only got "we are busy!" She didn't have any concern for customer service or for the fact that she was in the wrong in this situation and she should have apologized for the second delay.....which was due to her not fixing the drink correctly in the first place. The attitude was unbelievable. Once again, customer service has taken a back seat to trying to keep help. Sad state and I feel bad for businesses as I don't believe that they want to treat customers badly. read more

First of all when I went in today there was a customer in front of me just kind of whistling. I realized he was trying to get the employees out of the back to even take his order. A person came in behind me. I heard the distinct Ding! of the new customer has entered alarm bell. Several uncomfortable minutes go by. Finally they come out. The manager could have said "I'm sorry we were ...." But NO EXPLANATION why were we ignored? I know you heard. They take his order than mine. I heard him mutter "My bad" or some half apology. Where do they learn customer service recovery in this job? I order a small, it was $6.40. He says "oh it's free to upsize" I say OK. 5 people behind me so when the total was $11 I didn't ask at that moment. I get the receipt. When the line goes down, I approach. I show him my receipt. "Yeah but if your not a member then it's $1 to upsize free. And if you don't have the app it's $1 to upsize free." I stare, shrug. I tell him Math do the math for me. Show receipt. Gets manager. She is direct and confident. The system applies the correct discount auto. It's always right. I stare, shrug. I do the math for her "$6.40 plus nothing is what? $6.40" she just says "give him a free smoothie card, quickly"... I leave. I never will return. I say to the room "EVERYBODY! Check your receipts!" Great store! Friendly staff and excellent smoothies! I stop at Smoothie Kings a good bit when driving between cities on I-35. This one is my favorite...a great store for grabbing a smoothie and taking a break. Lots of space in the store...relaxing atmosphere....good music and convenient location. read more
