I went with the baked(!) strawberry banana oat buckwheat pancakes. Super tasty, and a generous portion. I also couldn't resist an oil-free sunbutter cookie (with its wacky bluegreen tinge that was apparently from the sunflower seeds) and also loved the cold brew coffee with cashew milk.

The entire shop is clean, extremely well organized, and so packed with goodies that you can spend a few hours just wondering. They do sell groceries, many of the basics you need. It is a really nice store and a pretty cool concept. I picked up a few products from the grocery section. Air Guitar sells some grab-in-go food items. They have $6 sushi on Tuesdays, so I grabbed one of those. I also noticed that they have a build-your-own poke bar. Head over to Backstage Kitchen if you want to try one of the deli sandwiches or have some ice cream. If you want to hang out and enjoy your food or drink, Air Guitar has tables set up at the end of the store. Happy Hour is 4-7pm Mon-Sat where they offer several discounts throughout the store.
