Recently checked this place out to snag a few deals on their energy drinks on clearance. Larger store that was more vast than other Sprout Market stores. Easy to navigate the aisles, clean store, well lit, friendly staff with ample parking. Overall, solid reccomend for grocery shopping though it's a bit pricey. read more

Never shop on an empty stomach Although, this store location is somewhat hidden, there's plenty of free parking surrounding this outdoor mall area. I like sprouts, it's always easy shopping. But at this particular location has some rude employees. The "head cashier" Anita W. is absolutely rude. I overheard her talking to her coworkers in a very demeaning manor and then she treats the customers so rudely. I'm am shocked, i need to take a moment to praise the meat wielding man Sam in the meat dept. wether Sam is throwing his meat raw in the table or wrapping it up for safe traveling, Sam came all the way from Bangladesh with his meat wielding ability's to bless our taste buds!!!! I've know sam very briefly behind the counter and has quickly become my best friend!!! He makes the best sandwiches!! Has the best recommendations for date night!!! And when my date is lacking in the meat department, sam makes up for!!! Sprouts should feel honored for having Sam and all his ability's and amazing customer service!!! Skyler from the deli area is a prime example of exceptional customer service. I came in around 645 for some of their fresh garlic bread. I didn't see any and when I asked Skyler if I could find any more in the store, she help me look and when we didn't find any, she grabbed a loaf of French bread and said she can't take it to the back at some garlic bread for me. I placed a DoorDash order today for a few items for beef stew to avoid leaving work and making an extra unplanned trip. I have never been hit with more notifications that everything is out of stock. I'm extremely disappointed in their ability to manage their online and in store merchandise. There are roles and ways to insure proper inventory accuracy and this team does not seem to have that skill. I am then told truck is being unloaded and they could have SOME of the items out in 20-30 minutes? I've worked at a sprouts before it's not that fast. Not to mention the lack of customer service from what I was told on their end in helping the dasher find replacements. Instead I did that over the phone. Holy smokes. If you can go ANYWHERE else I I highly recommend you do so. Customer service and community support is always positive @ all the locations I've been to. Here are some cool traits this great healthy chain offers. Fact: at least 60% of the store is vegetables! Sprouts is focused on; health, selection, value and service. From my initial impression their health, selection and value are there. Meat Dept: The butcher case was clean and organized, and their packaged meats section is full of "free-range", "organic" and "cage-free" options. Bulk: The bulk bins at Sprouts carries everything from organic coffee, yogurt covered pretzels, short grain brown rice, chia seeds, nuts, beans, seeds. Dairy: Their dairy section also carries an impressive selection of local milk, milk alternatives and other dairy offerings. Vitamins: an extraordinary selection of vitamins, supplements and beauty items. The produce, and meat that I get from Sprouts always lasts longer than when I buy them at other grocery chains. The prices are usually higher than Safeways on sale but I've gotten really bad bunches before at Safeway so I decided it was better to pay more at Sprouts and get better celery. The tale of two stores. I lost my phone this morning. I retraced my steps going to Trader Joe's on Williams field and sprouts on val vista. Went to Trader Joe's first. They went out of their way to put me at ease. Helped me look through their shopping carts and helped me retrace my steps. They took my name and number and promised to help if something came up. Then I went to sprouts. The cashier didn't know how to ask for a manager, but when they "blue" shirt lady appeared and I asked, she said no, nothing has been turned in. Now. Who do you think got my repeat business today? Who built brand loyalty? I won't go to Val vista again. I will instead go to the one on south Gilbert even if it's further. To build brand loyalty you have to have employees that are engaged. That was not my experience today. read more

Likely the worst service I have ever had at a deli--they took 20 minutes to even begin making a sandwich and when we asked about it they said they had not started it yet and that it would be at least another 10 minutes. This is a great sprouts! I come here a lot to get a sandwich on my lunch break. They always have it ready for me quickly. I just leave my order, go do some shopping and when I come back, my sandwich is ready. If you select the vegetarian option for a sandwich, they'll put on cucumbers and fresh red peppers! Excellent!! I've got mixed feelings about this place. I love the fact that you can get almost any truly specialty/new agey/organic/yuppie product you can think of, but the cost adds up FAST! For me, Sprouts isn't a replacement for the "traditional" supermarket, it's more supplemental, as my budget can not justify some of the exorbitant cost of some of their products or lack of quantity for comparable priced items. Though, the one thing Sprouts has that knocks the socks off of the "traditional" supermarkets is the very fresh produce department. Some of their fruits and veggies look so fresh, you'd swear it's wax props. Their staff also does an excellent job in making sure the produce section is continually stocked so you aren't sifting thru a dilapidated box of (name your produce). Tip: Make sure before you shop here, you have a game plan ready, making a list and going through the sales ad for deals as it's easy to spend a couple hundred bucks for what feels like half of what you can get at a traditional supermarket. Be sure to also download the app and create a profile before getting to the store as the signup process is a bit tedious and will load helpful coupons within a couple of days. read more
