I also ordered a fig and brie sandwich - one of my favorite combinations - and it was quite good. Staff was really nice and overall just a good spot. I was craving a protein smoothie but wanted to find a spot that's not a franchise and this showed up on my map as I was driving back from an appointment. It was an hour before they closed today and I walked into a very inviting place. Plenty of seating on the inside, even has a little corner for kids. The woman that took my order for the Avocado Protein Smoothie was extremely friendly and super fast making my smoothie. I also checked in with the Yelp app which offered $1 off any smoothie order so I asked her if I could use it and she said of course. Once my smoothie was ready, the woman kindly let me know she forgot to apply my discount correctly so she handed me a coupon as well as 1 dollar in cash for my discount. First time coming here, and I should have read the reviews. This breakfast was almost $20 including the tip. I thought the avocado toast was a joke! It was overpriced and was so tiny! (The size of a Melba toast) Plus how could they call it a toast when the bread wasn't toasted? lol The fruit cup was even laughable. You get 1 cube of pineapple, and one strawberry that was cut in half. It wasn't that good either. I would be embarrassed to serve this. At least the Matcha Latte was decent. I left the place hungry and went straight to Trader Joe's to make a better and healthier version. In my opinion, I think they should take the avocado toast off the menu. Stopped here on a whim for a mid-morning bite to eat. I chose a turkey and avocado sandwich and a lemonade iced tea, which is about the only substantial offering. I love acai bowls but hadn't had one in a while, and before the weather got too cold, I made sure to indulge. First thing I noticed when I went in was how cute it was. I got the Berries Acai bowl with coconut milk. It's also made with strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. The bowl is topped with granola, strawberries, bananas, blueberries, and chia seeds. You have the option of adding honey or another sweetener, but this costs extra. Personally, I opted out since the bowl should be naturally sweet already with all the fruits! The acai bowl was a good texture, nothing too watery or frozen. I thought the acai bowl was a good size - I was more than satisfied when I had this for breakfast/brunch. Acai bowls tend to be on the expensive side unfortunately, and there isn't really a way around that. After tax, this came out to just under $11, which is pretty standard for acai bowls. I would come back, but it is more of an indulgent treat for myself. They also have smoothies, sandwiches, juices, and other miscellaneous snacks/drinks, so there are a lot of options! read more

I didnt even notice the prices because j was just trying to read the very light chalk. I got the peanut butter protein smoothie with almond milk. It was delicious. It was very creamy and smooth and not chunky like smoothies can sometimes be. It was made quickly. I think I waited 3 minutes for my smoothie. No big deal. I was the only one there though. My 4 stars come from the price. I got the medium size smoothie which is a 24 oz and it was more than $10!! That is insanely expensive for a smoothie. The small, which is 16 oz isn't much cheaper. I was shocked when she rang me up and my total was that high. Of course with the new i-pad registers it asks you to leave a tip too. I enjoyed my smoothie, it was good, but for almost $11 I will not be returning unless there are no other options. Location wise, this place is in trouble. They are hidden in the corner of what feels like a ghost town plaza. I went with a friend that is allergic to bananas and they let her know that the banana is the only frozen ingredient in the bowls and the açaí bowl will be runny. We appreciated the heads up but I thought normally the açaí was frozen too and that contributed to the thickness of the bowl? They ended up letting us know they could use frozen strawberries instead of the bananas. I got the berries açaí and asked for coconut flakes on top, they forgot to add the coconut flakes(not a huge deal) also, my bowl wasn't thick at all(keep in my mind, my bowl had the frozen banana in it).
