We've come a long way since our first visit to SK. My first take was not impressed to say the least, but now I really enjoy their drinks. Be it their short time collab drink with Dude Perfect or their new refreshers - they're all great. Though the store looks a little dead, but that could be because we're often one of the first ones in. But regardless, the staff is always nice and the drinks good. Must try. read more

Recently got the Daily Warrior again-- amazing as usual! I'm recovering from dehydration (literally, I got fluids from the hospital last night) from sickness and hyperemesis gravidarum so I wanted something more fruity, "juicy," and tropical. Tonight I got the Tropical Breeze and it's so good! My 20 month old keeps stealing it and my husband said it'd be amazing with rum lol. Only thing I'd change is making it even more intensely fruity, bc I think the protein powder adds more vanilla and takes away the sharpness of the pineapple. BUT I think I only feel that way because I'm insanely thirsty; my husband disagreed with me (and usually he doesn't love protein powder). It's very good!! Consistency is perfect as always. Friendly staff. Took the time to explain the difference in the bases offered. I added to my bowl which caused it to be more full than normal and the young man put my additional granola that was supposed to go on my bowl in a cup which I really appreciated. It tastes good. I'm not a huge fan of the granola used but other than that it's good. I'll definitely get another one but will use my own granola. read more

Clean place, I placed order online when I arrived it was ready for pick up. I like how pickup is at the counter and your name is written in cup. My first time going there it was good I wanted to compare them with Tropical Smoothie since I go there all the time but I was looking for a smoothie shop that had smoothie with less calories and this would be it. Will be going back and trying more. I love the fact that they have 3 sizes to choose from. I absolutely love getting a high protein coffee smoothie after my 5am workout! 30 grams of protein! I know right, that's insane! They are tasty and keeps me full for hours! Typically I have a great experience at this location. But today was horrible, the only saving grace was the girl checking out people. The young man at the counter messed up every person's name on their order. Instead of Eboni, i became Bethany. Another girl was Georgie instead of Jordan. But he got Katherine right! Shocker. They had to make my order not once but twice. The first time they didn't make enough and kept adding stuff in to make enough and it was DISGUSTING. They remade it and it STILL wasn't enough and had to add more. I finally told the girl to forget it and I would take whatever I got. What I got was a watery, pretty bland smoothie. read more

I figured I'd give this place a try when the Healthy Shake was closed and I wanted to branch out from the Juice Shop. Don't get me wrong, I love the Juice Shop! I just thought I'd give Smoothie King a try. The interior was clean and bright, something the Juice Shop could definitely take a cue from. The two guys behind the counter really took the time to help decipher the menu, which offers more than just fruit smoothies, but smoothies in chocolate and vanilla, protein, "bulk you up", "slim you down", you get the point. They were super friendly and helped me decide on a Go Lean chocolate shake. It cost about the same as a Juice Shop smoothie, and while decent, it wasn't great. I'm not opposed to going back because if like to compare fruit smoothies head on to Juice Shop. But in the long run, the flashy colors aren't what will sell me- the flavor will. I love this place! I can get a good breakfast smoothie for about 340 calories and it fills me up until lunch time. Best way to go if you don't want the fast food calories. The owner is also very nice and very personable. He remembers what I want each time. My usual smoothie is the power punch plus it's a strawberry banana smoothie but it also has protein in there. You also have the choice of adding an enhancer like multi vitamin, caffeine, and energy. Overall, give this place a try if you're a smoothie fan. read more

I love Smoothie King and this location makes me love it even more. The owners here are so friendly and they actually work along side their employees. The employees are always happy, cheerful, and willing to offer new suggestions. The store is alwsys very clean and tidy. And the selection of smoothies are vast and you're able to customize any smoothie however you like. What sets this Smoothie King apart from the others are their specials. They have Manic Mondays ($1 off any smoothie) $5 Fridays (all medium smoothie for $5) just to name a few. Definitely give this place a try if you're craving a smoothie. read more

I love this location and I appreciate the curbside pickup they instituted due to COVID. However, last week I ordered online and walked in to get my smoothies. There was a group of 3 customers at the ordering counter, talking and laughing with each other without masks. I arrived early so I decided to wait outside for my order when the unmasked group made their way to to pickup area. I waited 15 minutes out side before calling the store and I was advised they were running behind. I expressed concern that the 3 individuals had been talking and laughing all over the small store, counters, food, straws etc for at least the last 15 minutes. I was worried about the employees who were potentially being exposed to COVID as well as my smoothies and all of the items sitting out in the store. After my call those customers left. I think more could be done to protect the employees and customers at this location. I called the store a couple of days later and left a message to speak with the owner but never heard back. Unfortunately I can't risk my safety returning to this location at this time. I hope something is done to protect the employees and customers. God Bless. read more

The young man working the register, accidentally rang me up for the wrong order. He tries to fix it but wasn't able to, so he called his manager on the phone. The whole time he was very nice, professional, and explained that his manager was close by and would be in to fix it. His manager walks in from the back, and immediately started to yell at him (in front of myself and the other customers). The young man was trying to explain that I had paid for the wrong order and had actually overpaid due to using my loyalty points. The manager keep interrupting him and wouldn't let him explain. At this point, I stepped in because I couldn't let this manager talk to this employee this way. The manager tells me that I can pay for my drink so it will be right, and I politely told him "no, I'm not paying for another drink before I get refunded for the the first one, that isn't mine". He looks at me and says "we can't do that so just take your drink and consider this done, have a nice day", as he shoves my drink over the counter and proceeds to tell the young man that the money difference will come out of his check because it was his fault. I think this managers name is Rich, not that he introduced himself like he should. I told him that his employee made a simple mistake and that he was handling it like he should. The manager put his hand up and said "mistakes can't happen and I'll deal with my employees as I see fit". So, I will not be going back here and I hope the actual owners of this franchise location see this. I will be sending this in an email as well to the listed names for this location. read more

It is really as good as it gets! So many options and they all have perfect flavors. The Slim blend is my absolute favorite, not too much sugar and not many calories. This place is helping me deal with sweet tooth without losing my health. There is one downside: a very popular bakery is right next to it.
