I really enjoy Smoothie King - spend $20, at least - almost EVERY DAY. This location AS MUCH as I'd like to say good things, I cannot. Service is THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! Almost EVERY SINGLE time I come in. I always order in advance. I always have to wait an additional 10+ mins for my order. I order the EXACT SAME two smoothies every time: customized Banana Berry treat & a Power Meal SPNACH pineapple. Can't count how many times they have handed me a YELLOW smoothie with a sticky sticker that says....spinach. I'm here now waiting...ordered, in advance, 20 mins ago. I guess I'm going have stop spending almost $100.00/week here. SO disappointing. read more

We waited at the register for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement that we were there to be told they were only taking cash. They left a spilled drink on the floor and didn't make people aware that they needed to be careful. Non engaged with the customers, just an embarrassment to the franchise in my opinion. Absolute worst service ever. My wife and I walked in and were second in line, and the crew didn't even greet us until we waited for 10min. They didn't take anyone in the line's order until we had waited that period of time. Then, after taking the order of the couple in front of us, they waited an additional 5min before taking our order. Then, they took 20-25min to deliver our smoothies. And during that time, the lady behind the counter went to the back for 8min leaving the young gentleman behind, who was working as slow as molasses. The young lady had a particularly terrible attitude which could seem in the look in her eyes and the way she listlessly went about her work. If I were the owner, I would never let someone with this attitude and lack of work ethic near my business. There was no mention of an apology for the wait. They were dead silent except for when taking orders, and even then they didn't greet the customers. And, while we were waiting for our smoothies, one customer walked out after waiting in line for 10min without so much as a welcome from the two workers behind the counter. Not to mention the store was exceptionally dirty. We made the mistake of ordering from this establishment. I would suggest that you don't. read more
