It's when the only caucasian female employee strategically positions herself down the isle of the checkout and pretends to make adjustments of the products on the shelf. AND when you look up she is not looking at what she is doing, she's looking at you; then looks away quickly. AND when you reach the cashier, all of the sudden the products on the shelf no longer need straightening, even though it looks like a tornado went through the isle. THAT IS PROFILING! Pitiful.
