It's a meal replacement so if you are in the area and don't have time for lunch it's a no brainer. The service isn't always as friendly as you'd like, but if you can overlook that, the shakes are good and I personally know at least 3 or 4 people who have joined their weight loss challenge and succeeded. Since successful weight loss is all about finding what works for you, it may not be your 'cup of tea', but it won't hurt to give it a shot!
