However, I am giving 1 star because I am a very early morning riser. I enjoy ordering through their app on my way to work often between 5 AM and 5:30 AM. However, twice I have ordered around 5:30 AM and then drove to Scooters only to find them still closed and no employees at all. This happened again on Monday January 12th and I had placed a $15 order with them. No one there and a dark building. The problem is that there is no way to get a refund since I didn't get my order. I have called the phone number and got a corporation called Freedom LLC. I also sent an email to the customer care address for this corporation and have never received a response. So I am just out this money. From now on I take my early morning coffee orders to another coffee shop and skip Scooters until later in the day.
