I go to Smoothie King for one drink - I tell them how other locations make what I like and they do it. Yay! Yum! This location is great for me. Clean, bright, fun staff. Smoothie king is always my go to during a long, hot day and this location was up to par! The service was very quick and the staff was very friendly. The only thing was that it could've been a little cleaner in the seating area and in the back behind the counter. They have gone downhill. The service is always insanely slow here with wait times of upwards of 20 minutes, even in the drive-thru. I tried their açaí bowl and the base was melted and liquid. I LOVE Smoothie King's smoothie bowls and this location didn't disappoint! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, I didn't feel rushed to make a choice (even though I already knew what I wanted). From what I could see it looked clean, nothing too crazy. I ordered the go go goji crunch smoothie bowl with mango added. The fruit was fresh and they arranged everything evenly. The menu is quite overwhelming (so many choices!), but I liked the way it was organized: Feel Energized, Get Fit, Be Well, Manage Weight. I opted for Vegan Nutty Super Grain just because I liked the sound of the ingredients: Bananas, Peanut Butter, Apple Juice Blend, Almond Milk, 100% Cocoa, Plant-Based Protein, and Super Grains Enhancer. So we went to the smoothie king at 7:30 on a Wednesday night and sat at the drive thru waiting for someone to greet us and no one did. When we pulled around 3 teenagers were on their phones sitting on the opposite side of the store. I doubt they'll make it if that continues. read more

Surprised that not a single soul has reviewed this Smoothie King location! Here goes the first one! This location has been here for quite some time and is usually empty, reasons being that most customers grab their smoothies to go. You won't find it to be a lively place to step in, but it gets the job done! The friendly employees seem to know exactly what they're doing and they're making this franchise look professional and I'm extremely happy to know that they're well mannered. Some Smoothie King locations have been known to be inconsistent with their drinks, but this particular one has it down packed. My orders have always been correct and tasted exactly the way they should every time all the way down to the thickness of the drinks! This is definitely my favorite one thus far. We go to Smoothie King all the time at several locations so we know what they're supposed to taste like. Not sure what was going on but none of ours tasted right today. Weird consistencies. One tasted chalky and the others were watery with no flavor. With three employees and not many customers the trash cans were full. No toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. For the cost atmosphere should be clean and smoothies should be great! read more

This is the best visit I have had to smoothie king. There was a polite red head that took my order and made my smoothie. it was the best smoothie I have ever had. I would highly reccomend coming to this location and that red head needs a RAISE for being so polite. read more

On the day that I went here there were 3 cars in front of me in the drive through and after waiting 10 minutes I decided just to go inside. It looked like the only employees were two kids who were not friendly in the slightest. I actually heard the girl say to the guy she was working with "this is ridiculous. The fact that we've had customers all day." I understand that things can be frustrating when you're busy, but as someone that has worked in customer service since I was a teen, I think it's important for her to understand that without customers coming to your store, she would probably not have a job. I only ever hit it with a coupon, which makes the offerings a lot more affordable. The banana boat is nice combo of sweet and protein, which usually arrives nicely whipped up and smooth. Point off for the strange hours which has this location closing way, way too early than seems to make sense. Smoothies tasted fine! BUT...this really gets on my nerves. The past 2 or 3 times I ordered the medium and the smoothies are 1-1.5 inches below the rim. Like, seriously, what the heck!!! Just a word of caution to other customers, just order a small. If you get a medium or large...it's a 50-50 toss up of a full cup or an 80% full cup. I never learn my lesson and always get the medium, so it's my fault though. read more

I visited this location in Marietta. It took about 30 minutes to receive our smoothie. This place has a 78 health food rating and it does not appear to be clean. The young girl who prepared our smoothie was very rude and not friendly. For $9 dollar smoothie, these people should be a little nicer. They did not wash or rinse the blender top and blender. Also, she made each smoothie at a time and gave the left over smoothie to some other guy for free (by the way, he was just hanging around waiting). I would never return to this location. It really is not clean. The girls also keep rubbing their face and flipping their hair while making our smoothies..gross. read more
