I like to get zero sugar and just get boba balls which are slightly sweetened. If you're Asian, that might hit the spot for you. 25-30% sweet is also available and that's not bad too. Lastly; this store has good seating options; there's a big section in front of the registers, and there's also a more private section on the other side. To date it never seems overly crowded or populated inside (surprisingly, considering the food is so good and consistent) ....so I'm usually able to eat in peace & quiet. Although I didn't get any food item, I decided to try their brown sugar marble boba tea. The tea was made quickly, and my friend got the egg waffle and custard. I tried a bite and really liked the custard and fresh waffle since it was very different than what I have had in the past. The custard was creamy and not too sweet and melted in my mouth while the waffle was a nice texture and added to the dish. My bubble tea was also super yummy and loved how it wasn't mixed in thoroughly letting me taste all the different flavors. There's plenty of seating inside and parking available in the lot. I'm not saying they don't have good drinks here -- I just didn't get the chance to find one. I really hope they can improve their customer service, especially for customers with dietary restrictions, so that everyone can have a better experience.
