Disappointed in this experience. I was first in line with two behind me. Waited for 5min while the worker cleaned and restocked without any acknowledgement or greeting. We were the only people in the store. The worker had headphones on the whole time. Then, three people behind me got their orders first. Again, without acknowledgement or explanation. The total time I waited was around 30min! To top it off the floor was dirty and they didn't have napkins. I typically went to this location weekly for months. The service was always poor but the product good. About two months ago I went in to order and the three young ladies just ignored me. I finally asked if they were going to wait on me and they begrudgingly did. I was angry finally and told them I would not be coming back. missing the product, I finally returned today. I was the only customer and one young lady was sprawled over stools on your phone the other on her phone by the register. I stood there a full 3 minutes with her on the phone saying nothing. Finally she put her phone down and just stared, saying nothing. I finally just ordered, and she spoke the only words of my visit. My amount due. She made my smoothie, placed it on the counter and walked away. I operated multi million operations all over the country for 50 years and would never tolerate such behavior, but I guarantee this time was my last. read more

Finally opened! Went in day two of their opening and got the limited time offer pumpkin smoothie with cinnamon. The smoothie was very delicious and it tasted just like a melted pumpkin pie. Smoothie King is located just off Dorsett Road near the Mckelvey intersection. It's next to the UPS store in same shopping center as Schnucks and across from Golds Gym. I come here everyday. So many choices and I find most of them so fun, refreshing, and fulfilling.

I have never been to this location but we happened to be passing it and decided to go in. My daughter's xtreme strawberry smoothie with multi vitamins and protein tasted so bad that she wouldn't drink it. My vanilla gladiator with bananas, strawberries, and multi vitamins tasted like banana flavored chalky vitamins. The employees were more worried about talking to their friends who were at the counter than helping the customer that they had to remake my drink because they did it wrong the first time. Once it was made "correctly" the employee didn't even tell me it was done and just left it sit on the counter until another person at the counter pointed it out. read more
