Good, fast service when I came here! The only issue I had and the reason for the 3 stars is because of the young man that made my smoothie. My mom noticed that while making my smoothie he somewhat made more than would fit my cup. So asked what was he going to do with the extra and made that comment that she wanted all of hers. He replied "I'll probably drink it". So I asked if he could either give me some of it for my son. He said well it'll be a small cup because we charge for this cup and showed me another cup. I told him that was fine and proceeded to ask for some. He then shows me the small cup and says "it's this small" and I said that's fine. He's 5 as you can see because he right there with me. My problem with that is that it seemed it was a problem to give me the rest of the smoothie that I paid for because he wanted to drink and tried to deter by giving me the smallest cup. He'd already gipped me on my cup. If you're going to gip me the least you could do is give me the rest to use as I please. I mean make your own. I'm pretty sure they receive discounts. read more

I really like Smoothie King! This location is nearby and I always place my order ahead through app for pick up. The staff here are always friendly and personable. I love the muscle punch smoothie. You can always customize your smoothie or bowl. I would recommend using the app, you get rewards that you can use towards your purchase. read more

The acai bowl was delicious BUT not worth $12!!! The person who took my order at the speaker was polite and informative about the smoothie king app. She told me about all of the benefits and insensitives on having it on my phone. This is why robots are going to take over human jobs. Because humans are lazy, slow, & have no consideration for other people's time. I was waiting in this drive-thru line for no joke 30 minutes & im sick, otherwise I would've gotten off the car. When I finally get to the window, she goes "did you have the strawberry hulk?" I ordered 2 vanilla hulk so she asked me to pull up to the parking lot. Then I waited an extra 10 min only for her to come outside and claim that she only charged me for 1. MAM, you charged me $25 for 2 Hulk so I showed her the receipt and she said "oh ok". The kicker? She forgot the straws. After all of that, she couldn't remember to bring the straws LOL. The most dysfunctional smoothie king experience. I don't understand how this place still has business but the idea of robots making smoothies doesn't sound too bad either. I went to Smoothie King to get a green Tea Tango with banana no sugar as I always do since it's my favorite of all and to my surprise and also disappointment they did not put any green tea on it. I grab it fast and left since I was running errands got in my car and left and I thought "oh that's weird it taste like banana only No green tea". This employer was very rude. After waiting over 30 minutes with only two people in front of me I finally get to the window and he proceeds to tell me they are only taking orders for three particular smoothies because the machine is broken. I asked if it would have made sense to put a sign up instead of having people wait so long to deliver the news once they are at the window. Two stars just because the chocolate protein smoothie that I ordered was pretty good. But I came inside, not one person greeted me. A simple "hello" would've sufficed. For a second I felt like I was the only person in there, with three workers right in front of me. I gave the girl my order, and with attitude or no desire to be working, told me to pay at the front. I paid at the front, when I received my smoothie, I said thank you and the girl did not say anything back. I love Smoothie King, haven't been to this location in a while, since my daughter had some dental work done, I was advised by her dentist no solid foods for two hours. We decided for some smoothies. We both ordered the Pineapple Pleasure, which consisted of pineapples, bananas, papaya juice blend, and Turbinado. I was kind of upset because I wanted the Pina Colada Island and it was discontinued (upset), I was advised by the cashier that they no longer carry coconut and any drink that contained it were discontinued. I waited an estimate of ten minutes, which I thought was pretty long, because I only had two people in front of me. The store has a display of vitamins, protein powders, and other healthy items like energy bars. I was surprised that Smoothie King began selling potato chips, which at the end of the day to my opinion is not a healthy option. The store was very clean, the customer service was I guess okay? When it was time to pay, I pulled my American Express card and I was told that they don't accept it. (upset again) They offer a drive-thru which is a plus if you do not feel like getting out the car. I wasn't impress with the smoothie I had, it tasted water down and I literally threw it away after three sips. My daughter loved it, but I'm guessing she was on empty stomach. Went on 4/4/2020 I tried ordering on the app and kept getting error messages. So I decided to go to the restaurant. When I got there 2 employees told me the store was closed yet the door was open for people to come in. I asked the young kid can I place my order on the app, his only reply was we are closed. The service was INCREDIBLY SLOW and all around poor. They had more than enough staff members to move significantly more efficiently. They were all (roughly 5 employees) dragging their feet. Most seemed like they didn't want to be there. They took a while (15 mins) to make my smoothie and messed up my friend's smoothie TWICE. He ended up not even wanting it. Along with that, they had an extremely long drive through line and I'm sure that has to do with their slow service. It almost felt like nobody knew what they were doing from making the smoothies to even cashing me out. I came here in between classes but 15-20 mins for a smoothie is a bit long. This Location: I have been to this location several times in the past and have never had an issue. The store is clean and the employees are courteous. They have a drive-through which can sometimes have longer than average wait times but overall, I really like this location. The Smoothie King Chain: The smoothies at SK are pricey in my opinion. I paid $4.91 for a small smoothie but the sizes run large at least. It would be nice if the small was smaller and the price was lower. I have tried the medium but it is $6-7 and far too much. The cup reminds me of a big gulp from 7-Eleven - no exaggeration! This place works when I'm in the mood for a smoothie but I don't go very often, due to the odd sizes and pricing. read more
