The ice creams are great!! We love all the flavors. Pedro is very polite & has very good customer service skills; however, his manager, I did not get her name she should not be the manager. She does not know how to interact/ communicate with customers. I notified all the employees that the AC was not working and she stated, " THE AC IS WORKING. You are probably not feeling it because you are seating close to the window" after that, we noticed that two other customers complained regarding the AC also.my recommendation, please train the manger better maybe she should be sent to management classes. The ice cream is delicious. However, the service experience we had wasn't good. Our server didn't seem to have patience with us, since we weren't used to the dynamic of the store. He talked with an attitude and rushed us through the whole experience, acting like he didn't have time for us. I know that the restaurant was packed and it can get tiring but you should at least pretend to be happy so that customers don't feel bad for simply going to eat ice cream they're paying a lot of money for. I just love their ice cream. Top favorite Sundaes: cookies & cream dazzler, midnight cookies & cream, Dulce de leche dazzler. They're definitely expensive but worth It. They're large cups and taste so good you almost never want It to run out. The sundaes are about $7-8 each. You can also try the Belgian chocolate shake or do a little cup. I also like that they can fill up a pint for you, in case you want to take It home and save It. We normally uber eats our sundaes and don't have any complaints on how It arrives although someone has stolen our ice creams. read more

Ive been served many times by a young lady; she is very attentive and has exemplary customer service skills. The young men communicate very well and also spread radiant energy. I recommend this spot! Although they only have two options available for us vegans, I must say they're pretty flavorful. The employees brought out their handy dandy nutrition/ingredient book to make sure the items we were having were vegan (waffle bowls and sprinkles). Initially we wanted the brownie cookies but they had eggs in them - bummer. I had a waffle bowl with 2 scoops of the non-dairy chocolate salted fudge truffle with sprinkles and Oreo crumbles. My husband also had a waffle bowl with 2 scoops of the non-dairy peanut butter chocolate fudge with chocolate sprinkles and peanuts which totaled to $18. Yikes. If it wasn't because I found the cost to be quite steep and the vegan options to be very limited, I would've given this place more stars. read more

I come here once in a while, whenever I have a strong sweet tooth and want to treat myself. I usually always get a milkshake, either the cookies n cream or the dulce de leche. I love both of them and will continue coming back here, as it is close to home and the service is very quick. They make the milkshake right in front of you. The place is always clean, and the milkshakes are delicious. They have seating available inside as well as outside. It is quite disgusting being that this is a food establishment and it cannot be sanitary. But on this particular visit, the ice cream was a little too soft, as in the temperature was warmer than usual making the texture of the ice cream too soft. I still enjoyed it but I prefer it firmer.
