The counter did NOT have the plastic barrier between workers and customers. There was even a sign on the door requesting all customers to wear a mask!! I said to the employee; this is a health store and you are NOT wearing a mask? Seriously? I walked out. If GNC promotes healthy living but their employees neglect the most basic steps in preventing a pandemic from spreading further, I will not be a customer. This tells me that GNC lacks any real concern for the health and safety of their customers or employees.

Went there on May 3rd and I did two purchases for what was supposed to be 5 total ounces. When I got home I noticed one of the bags that was supposed to be 28g, was actually 14g. I contacted customer service and sent pics of my receipts and the bags that I got and they told me they looked at the camera and my transaction was correct. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? so your telling me that my eyes and the actual items in my physical possession are incorrect, but you looking at camera footage shows I got what I was supposed to. Jars is basically screwing me over for a half OZ and even with photos to show they were wrong, customer service wont admit they messed up. There are a dozen dispensaries in new buffalo, will def need to find a new one if this is how Jars treats their long time diamond customer.
