Cool atmosphere, good music, great customer service and excellent coffee! The blueberry muffin is delectable. Definitely 5 stars!

Very cute local coffee place. Wide variety of lattes including peppermint latte, americanos and dirty chai . Sandwiches and muffins too. Worth a stop!

I visited Chesterton this weekend to meet up with some friends who live in Chicago. I arrived a little early and had some time to kill before I could check into the Airbnb, so I popped into downtown Chesterton for some tea. The town is small, but super charming. I wish I would have had more time to walk around the town. Even the customers sitting outside said hi to me as I walked in, the friendly Midwest vibes were real. The inside is charming and sufficiently spaced out for social distancing. I approached the counter in the back of the shop and ordered and iced chai tea latte. The staff were super friendly and quickly rang me up. There was plastic separating the staff from the customers. The iced chai was delicious. I also used the wifi while I was there which worked even as I sat at a table in front of the coffee shop. If I lived around here, I would work from that table all the time! Near Chesterton and need coffee? This is your spot.

Delicious food, quick excellent friendly service, cozy, warm, relaxed atmosphere with comfy tables and couches for lounging, and good prices. First visit but it won't be my last!

Such a cute spot for coffee, breakfast, or lunch. We stopped to grab some coffee before hiking. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the most incredible smell of muffins in the oven. Everything in the party display looked incredible and was homemade. We were only bummed that we didn't come hungry! The menu was super tempting too. Drip coffee was full of flavor and the Americano was perfect

Summer update: try their summer specials! The beach wave (honey, vanilla, sea salt latte) is hitting the spot so hard.

Delicious latte! Fun place to come to. We were walking around the town and stopped in for coffee. Friendly and clean. If I lived here I'd frequent this establishment for sure!!

Spinach quiche! Served with your choice of toast & some fruit!

What a sweet coffee shop in such a sweet town!! We arrived at 8:45 and thought we'd walk around a bit before they opened, but the owner was walking in when we pulled up, and invited us in! I had an iced dirty chai with soy milk and a shot of hazelnut flavor - the best drink I've had in a long time. The spinach quiche was amazing as well. My daughter got a peach muffin which was really good. I love the vibe of this place, as well. Great music, awesome people. If we come back through Chesterton I'll definitely be back!

Great sandwiches - we had grilled cheese and grilled portobello mushroom and goat cheese. Both were very good.

I think it's overpriced for self-serve. Old hardware store or pharmacy. Nice old gnarled floor. Not enchanted enough for regular visits.

The bartender/waitress (she did everything), was such an awesome person! She was a great bartender, who created several drinks on their menu that my wife loved, and just as great a waitress providing on-point service and recommendations on what to order from the menu. Despite taking care of all of the drinks and food orders for all of the patrons, she provided great service! Above and beyond that, her personality was so friendly and welcoming. You felt like asking her to join you for your meal! I ordered their house 'drift' burger but added bacon and cheddar (which I think helped the flavor a lot), but it came with a very tasty chipotle aioli (when combined with the cheese and bacon, gave a great flavor profile). It comes with a bag of chips but I upgraded to fries (they are shoestring-style). My wife ordered the blackened fish tacos that had corn, mango, and a blackened haddock; all contained in a crispy shell. She said it was the best thing she ate our 10-day trip of the mid-west! (I was shocked because we had some pretty awesome lunches and dinners - maybe it was the awesome mixed drinks that we're talking ;) All of our food is pictured. To wrap things up we had a cupcake flight for dessert. They were just 'ok' in my opinion. A bit dry and the flavors were not my taste (but that may just be my preference). I liked the coffee and chocolate/peanut butter the best, but even they weren't anything to write home about. The glass of milk helped a lot. Also, of note, if it's not busy inside you can bring your pup with you to eat, and if it is busy, you can eat outside with your pup. We thought that was nice because we always travel with our dog. The bartender/waitress who served us loves dogs and was happy to see him (although we didn't bring him until after dinner) and provided a bowl of water. Overall, we had a great dining experience to head back home with! Definitely recommend eating here if you stay at the Hilton it is connected to or if you just want to eat/have a drink.

If you're looking for a tasty lunch in a relaxed atmosphere...look no further…read more A friend and I decided to try this restaurant for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. The open airy seating space, beautifully decorated for the holiday, was inviting and quiet. Perfect for conversation. The staff were very friendly and attentive. (Shoutout to Sherry!) The lunch menu features several sandwich options as well as salads. We chose the fish sandwich which was tender and moist served on a toasted brioche bun. The beer batter coating was light and flaky, melt in your mouth delicious. We will definitely be back!
