First time trying Smoothie King, Juice Stop is usually my go to, but I wanted to try something new. I looked up the menu ahead of time just to get an idea of what they all had. I would recommend doing this because the drive-through menu was hard to see the ingredients in each smoothie. They were advertising smoothie bowls, which I thought would be fun to try, but they were out of the ingredients for the one I was going to order. I went ahead and ordered the Berry Punch smoothie, which was half the price of the smoothie bowl so worked out. The smoothie itself was fine, it did taste little water down, but had good berry flavor just not very thick. There was a bit of a wait - there was only one other car ahead of me and it was 3 in the afternoon but maybe there was only one person working. Overall was fine to try. If you know, you know. Smoothie King smoothies are the best smoothies out there. I wish there was one closer to my house, but hey, it's better for my bank account that there isn't. This time I got the Nutty Super Grain which has peanut butter, banana, almond milk, apple juice, super grain enhancer and 100% cocoa. It's a healthier version of the peanut butter power smoothie at scooters. You can taste the difference. The workers have always been friendly. Tell them Andy sent you! I was super excited and drove out of my way to come here on my way home on a Friday night. SO DISAPPOINTED. It took forever so I wondered if something was wrong. this location used to be great it's gone so downhill all the good employees must have left I was in line for an hour paid for two medium smoothies got two smalls that weren't even what we ordered everyone was clueless and super unsanitary felt so bad for the older lady trying to get everyone else to help. I have ordered here many times in the past. Unfortunately today was a completely different experience. I waited 45 minutes in a 3 car line to pay and get my 2 smoothies for my husband and I. I've never had a problem until today, but dang... I would have left the drive through if I wasn't stuck in the bumper to bumper car lane. I am upset because this made me late for my next meeting. I will say that I've been at this location several other times and never had a bad experience. I write this so the ownership can identify the problems whatever they may be so this doesn't happen to other customers. At the end of the day, if I'm going to wait 45 minutes for a smoothie, I'll make one at home instead. Hoping you guys make changes because I love this location and I love the menu! read more

they usually have great smoothies but we placed an online order at 7:45pm for an 8:30 pickup and when we pulled up to the drive thru at 8:20pm the guy was like "we're closed due to staffing issues" and said the manager would call me about how to get the payment refunded. the manager called and had us pull around to refund the money. just a little frustrating they didn't call us sooner to tell us they'd be closing early. read more

2 times in the last four nights this location has had all of the lights on, their neon open sign on and then when I pulled up to the order menu, quickly turn off the lights and play a message that they are closed. All of their signs online and other say they are open until 9pm but the kids working we're already done cleaning early and didn't want to make another order. Two nights ago this happened at 8:54pm and then again tonight at 8:57pm. If I was the owner or manager here I would be upset if my employees were turning away business during posted business hours so they could go home earlier. read more

Let me start off my saying that I am disgusted with the state Smoothie King is in when I went in... there were flies all over the fruit they were feeding people there was a gross stain everywhere I looked and don't even get me started on the manager Kayla. Kayla you have failed your job as a manager time and time again, but recently you have been downright evil to your employees by not giving them time to put work in and give your employees the schedule not even 24 hours in advance and expect them to show up or expect them to get it covered that is not how you run a business especially when your employees are majority teens. And another thing I have to mention is putting your teenage employees in danger by making them work with middle age man who tries to show other employees naked pictures or call customers idiots because they are friends with the people who work there. Overall you Kayla have failed this community and have failed smoothie king. You are not a smoothie king, You are a failure. P.S- firing people is not going to fix your problem. read more

Around 3:45 pm today I walked in and waited 10 minutes at the counter. No one greeted me, or said anything. Not even something to tell me maybe they were short staffed or really any reason at all. There were a few cars in the drive thru and it seemed like they were only tending to them. (Another review on here from today said she was in the drive thru at the same time I was there and she waited 45 minutes so I wonder who they were helping?) Some of the workers made eye contact with me even and just kept working. Service was so bad and when I told my friend, she told me she also received bad service at this location. Posting this so hopefully management can see this and do something about it because this is what drives business away. Unfortunately, it's hard to see why I would come back. Super slow and unfriendly in the drive thru today. It took over 20 minutes to get 2 smoothies with only one car in front of me.
