absolutely scammed.... i went today and the "salad" was so overpriced. i got such a small little LITERAL piece of peanut butter and jelly with some bananas and oats- disgusting- and also incredibly overpriced for just literally being ONE piece of bread. but the worst part of it all was my final price. keep in mind i did not get a drink. 30 DOLLARS????? i selected no tip and it automatically went back to 25% when i pressed "go on" and did not offer a selection for me to go back and fix it. i was astounded that it basically forced me to give a tip on my already overpriced meal i don't plan on going back, the atmosphere in there was alright but i just can't with that price. read more

I've never a bad experience here UNTIL today. It was so bad one group of women had to get mad and my mom even said something. They need to hire people that are over the age of 15-16. A guy picked up food and said he paid with card so she said OKAY!! and ran back into the back giggling. He had to even take his own receipt off and leave. We could hear them giggling and talking the whole time I even knew some girl had only $70. They had to fix the SUPER loud static tv and the women asked her to turn the tv down and the worker was being SO RUDE when they went back and forth about it and apparently they had to find a good channel before they would consider turning it down. We even asked her as well, and she barely turned it down, so we all had to ask her to turn it down AGAIN. She kept being so rude it was pretty insane, especially as a 18 year old girl myself, I know acting like that isn't okay no matter if she was young or not. She can't act like that and talk to people that way. Please at least get a manager. The tables were also SO sticky like honey and the bathroom was dirty. It needed to be swept so bad. read more

Stopped in to give this spot a try. My wife and I each tried an acai bowl. Overall they were very tasty and just right on a warm August morning, cool and refreshing to eat. The woman working the counter was very helpful and friendly. They have lots of gluten free options which is great for my wife. Though the gluten free granola is more of a cereal and not really granola. My wife's bowl had some chunks, it could have been blended better. We also tried the gluten free avocado toast, we'd pass on that next time. I wish I remembered the photo, it was quite sad. Small piece of basic toast with little avocado and hemp hearts. Quite simple. For $5.50 again it was sad. We will be back though as its nice to have the fresh eating options and they have a lot to try. read more

They have ingredients ranging from bananas to bee pollen to kale to exotic health seeds you have never even heard of. We went in as a group of five, but the staff was able to handle our order very well. I ordered a kale, lemon, and apple blend juice (I think it was called "green me up"), and it came out frothy and undeniably freshly made. Will probably NEVER frequent this establishment again. I ordered a smoothie (throw stuff in a blender, how hard can that be?). I pulled up the loyalty app and gave them the QR code to scan. Guess what? They DON'T HAVE A SCANNER!!!! So after a hassle of how to get my rewards (cashier told me she could give me the receipt and I could "scan" it my self) I paid almost $9. OK, not a big deal. Then while I was standing there, the cashier says it will be about 10-12 minutes to make that. There was no line indicating it was a "rush", but whatever. I said, oh ok. I'm sorry cancel my order I don't have time to wait. The cashier then disappears into the back, and comes back with an explanation that all these orders came in before I got there. I said I didn't really care what the reason was, I just didn't have the time to wait. She said "well it will be at least 5 minutes". Again I said fine, refund my money and I'll be on my way. She then proceeded to tell me it would take at least 5 minutes for a refund. So now I ask for the manager, she says that info came from the manager. Fine, give me my money and I'll be gone. Finally said, I don't have time to argue, so keep my money, I'll dispute later on my credit card and left the store. This is my 2nd trip to that store. The first one was for lunch with a couple of friends. 20 minutes to get our Acai bowls. If I could rate zero stars I would? I was looking for a healthy breakfast after my Saturday morning workout so I decided to check out the new Vitality Bowls location that just opened at Shops of Legacy. The location has plenty of seating available, including a couch in front of a cozy fireplace. I liked that they had fresh flowers at each table , that was a nice touch . The menu is pretty straightforward, they offer a number of drinks like coffee, smoothies and fresh juices. In addition to their Açaí bowls they also have soups/salads , paninis and a kids menu . The gentleman who took my order was friendly and took the time to explain their loyalty rewards app that allows you to receive discounts on your orders and even a birthday reward. I decided to order the medium Nutty Bowl to go. I'm a big fan of Peanut Butter so that mixed with the granola , banana , strawberry's, almonds and honey was the perfect combination of flavors married with the creamy cold texture of the açaí . Soooo yummy!!! There were a few customers ahead of me and he said it would be about a 15 minute wait, but it was much shorter than that as they were pretty efficient in getting everyone's order out. Everything on their menu looks delicious and I can't wait to come back and try out some of the other bowls like the Superfood or the Dragon bowl ,in addition to the paninis!!!
