The worker, a white guy with glasses left me outside for 10 mins while he was on the phone. The door was locked. I politely knocked and he looked and continued to talk on the phone. I have been here twice before and he has never said good morning or had any type of customer service. He made the smoothie average. He is rude and worthless. I don't know his name because he doesn't speak. I just know he is a fat guy. I shop at smoothie king often but I will NEVER patronize this one again no matter how far I have to drive. read more

I started frequenting this location after my gym opened and there was always the same unfriendly girl working there that seemed bothered to make my smoothie and had no sense of urgency so I started ordering online to avoid much contact with her. Yesterday I re-ordered one of my last mobile orders and noticed one was a different color when I went to pick it up so told her I didn't want cocoa and she said it's not cocoa it's dates. I asked when they added dates and she said awhile ago and I said well I ordered it 5 days ago and it wasn't in there. She was rude, walked away and offered no resolution so I left disappointed as was my son that didn't like the kids smoothie with dates. Today I ordered again and did not see Dates on the menu or as a choice to remove in the mobile app so I ordered it as I always did but unfortunately at pick up it had dates. I even showed her the screen shots. She refused to re-make it and kept saying she was calling her manager and after 30 minutes of waiting I finally left after she was incredibly rude & disrespectful with her tone and words. I will NEVER go back to this store especially since she said I don't care if you report me I won't get fired. read more

I spent the weekend in Florida and came on Friday when they had their Friday sale. Store is very neatly organized and very clean. I'm used to having Jamba Juice but this is different. We decided to get angel food(?) I believe that was the name and it was strawberry banana with raw sugar cane. It was one of the best smoothies I've ever had. It was way better than I expected. This place is perfect for after getting out of the gym or something healthy. They do sell preworkouts, protein bars, blender bottles, etc. anything gym related. I had to stop by this place one last time before going back to Cali. It's very inexpensive and it's definitely worth every penny. A must when I do ever come back to Florida!! read more

The people here are so friendly they always make great suggestions and they apologize if it's overcrowded even though it's not their fault. Went in on 02/03/2014 and was overcharged. Went back on 2/11 and left my phone number with Camilla to have someone call me back to correct the problem. Went in today on my way to work and still nothing. I ask Camilla what's going on and she ended giving me a free smoothie. Great but it came with attitude so that's why the low stars. Would never go to this location again. I walked in one day and there were little fruit flies everywhere! I asked the manager (who looked about 16) where they all came from. Her response was that whoever worked the night before hadn't taken the garbage out. It was so bad that I asked if she called someone to come take care of this problem and she said in an "I dont really care attitude," that she will. She had an attitude with me the entire time. I told her it was disgusting and unsanitary. She ignored me. I only give an extra star because prior to that day I had good experiences. This time just showed me how dirty they really are. read more

The girl who was making the smoothies there on Friday morning shouldn't be allowed to work by herself. She isn't a friendly people person. Just allow her to make the smoothies. I asked her a few details about different smoothies and she was so cut dry and yea ok that flavor is good. Like she didn't want to be bothered. I was the only one at the time in the shop. It was a cold afternoon but in preparation for an annual cultural festival in Trinidad and Tobago I am on a super health kick. The staff at this location was helpful in my smoothie selection. I opted for the Mocha shake with additional bananas and peanut butter. The shake was sweeter than usual but was delicious and filling. I recommend visiting this location. read more

My favorite is the Vegan Mango Kale... I abolutely love it... however, I decided to try this new coffee Almond smoothie... and it is DEFINITELY disgusting! Its sooooo super sweet it tastes like a bucket of white sugar dumped in with coffee whip. I do not suggest people get it unless you just like overly sweet things.
