What a great causal healthy spot added to the neighborhood. However, it's on the pricey side. I got a kale blueberry juice $8 One slice of carrot cake $8 Quinoa Arepa with egg white, spinach, turkey $8 Total of $25 for one person to eat a healthy breakfast.. WOW. Ok I didn't need the carrot cake but got it for later to snack. How could I pass it by since it was made with egg whites, corn flour and stevia sounds like a healthy dessert. The space is nicely decorated, small, clean and a little green thumb decor. I do agree with a previous review, there is a language barrier if you ask one of the employees about the ingredients. However I was able to manage the communication since we also speak Spanish. I would try this place again for when I want to treat myself to clean eats. Until then I will be practicing how to make my own arepas so I can save some money. Oh and I would suggest that the owners create a loyalty program that would incentives their customers to come back considering how pricey it is.

Worst place if you want something quick. The restaurant was empty Four people working doing very little. I ordered a wrap waited 20 minutes while I saw the only cook come leave the kitchen prepared tea for a customer that came in 10 Minutes after me. If You are Venezuelan and you know the staff I guess you can get something quick. Food was okay but not worth the wait!

Sano Food in Weston is one of my favorite lunch spots. From the fresh juices to the daily lunch specials I always leave happy. The tequenos and empanadas are a must.

Quinoa arepa with avocado, feta cheese and smoke salmon. Delicious!!!

What a great place to eat some delicious healthy food. I ordered the quinoa arepa with avocado, feta cheese and smoke salmon and I've also had their fresh made juices which were really good. If you're looking for a dollar menu, this is not the place. It's by far the best place I've been to eat healthy and I will definitely be going there again.

This is my favorite breakfast place. Wow! My kids had banana pancakes and they loved them. I had a taste and have to say that it's the best gluten free pancake I've tried. I came on my birthday and was gifted a delicious waffle that I shared with my family. I ate the plantain arepa with chicken and avocado (and Greek yogurt), which was delicious and filling. The decor in this place is beautiful starting with the bench outside. I will definitely come back.

*COFFEE REVIEW* Coffee quality vs price: It felt like a Medium Roast coffee plus almond milk, with a strong flavor of the milk opposite of the coffee flavor on it. Would recommend next time less milk to have a stronger taste of the coffee. Customer service: Girl at the cashier was friendly, offered options on menu and even ask if we would like to add more to our check. She forgot to point us on direction for sugar and others ingredientes that normally are coffee partners, however she offered outdoor seating as an option for our quick stop by the place. Environment: Background music level was great, specially if you looking for a place to grab a healthy snack and enjoy a conversation but outdoor is STUNNING. They even should promote this seating, with some light music as background and maybe some decoration besides the tables and chairs. Total thanks for being active in this difficult time. Coming back again!

I've been a customer for years now and it's always been great... but after pandemic is better than ever! New menu, service is more attentive and nice. A lot more options, outside sitting with a nice view. I don't eat out much because I like to eat only healthy organic but this is like PERFECT. Healthy doesn't have to be bored and this place will show you!!

Excellent service and phenomenal food. They have a lot to offer and the prices are affordable. I had the plantain arepa and my wife had the yucca arepa . Both were great and healthy alternatives to the typical flour options. Would come again to try other items on the menu.

Good healthy lunch. Sometimes the service is a little slow but the food is good with not too bad prices. They have lunch specials which have a lot of variety and change on the daily. I love the acai bowl!

This family owned farmers market is in it's own small building. It was very interesting to me because this is the first place I found that sells raw milk. It is not something I personally drink but advocates claim that the pasteurization of milk destroys the nutrients, enzymes, and good bacteria. Benefits of raw milk may include more nutrients, improved digestion, and enhanced immune function. Others believe that the benefits are outweighed by health risks associated with consuming raw dairy products. The raw products sold here state they are not for human consumption. In addition to raw milk they also sell raw milk kefir, raw yogurt, raw cheese, raw butter, and raw milk ice cream. Other products they sell include organic produce grown in Southwest Ranches, local honey, hormone free and grass fed meat and seafood, farm fresh eggs, bath and beauty products, bread, and fresh made key lime pies. Staff was on hand to helpfully answer customers questions. I do believe that food is medicine and that it can heal you. This market subscribes to that philosophy. It is a niche for people who don't mind paying more to know where there food comes from, want clean ingredients, or are into a particular lifestyle choice. If you are looking for a large selection or inexpensive prices, this is probably not for you but I enjoyed my visit.

The only non-vegan item I had was the black bean brownie topped with chocolate, caramel, walnuts, and almonds, and wow! It was rich, decadent, and one of my favorite parts of the meal.
