This process rinsed and repeated, with the same boy taking someone's order, walking to the back to make that order, and not returning to the front until he had that order ready. This meant every time we needed any level of service, we had to wait for him to emerge and try catch his attention as he rushed to wait on other people. It wasn't a busy restaurant so I don't think they need a giant staff, but two people would have been immensely more efficient. I ordered a simple burger and fries. My fries were very good, with a delicious seasoning sprinkled on top. They were served without a sauce, and by the time I got his attention for ketchup they were basically gone, so I didn't even bother. My burger was ok. I try really hard to support local businesses, especially on Wilton Drive, and this tiny establishment is the perfect trap for someone like me! However, I don't know that I can wholeheartedly recommend Thirsty's if the owners are not willing to make an attempt to create a positive experience for their customers at the expense of one additional employee.
