i am not prone to do these reviews. but what is one to do? stop going? yes i will...but no one will care. So i am taking time to JOIN the voices on here that demonstrate a really poor experience. Its COVID time, yes, and my inclination is to try to spend money at establishments that NEED? us to spend money there? i was prepared this day to buy 4 drinks...maybe $30-$35 order....get to the door, sign says CALL THIS NUMBER, so i do. no answer, i tried 5 times...no answer...i peak in the window...one girl is in there working on smoothies...clearly disregarding the phone(i watched as i called her)....i waited after 5 calls...she poked out to drop a drink off in the PICK UP box...i asked her quickly(because she was hurrying to get the door closed without acknowledging i was even there....i asked if i was to call that number...she said 'yes' very fast and closed the door, never looking up again. so i called the number AGAIN, still no answer...NOW it went straight to voice mail...did she hit a button to do this??? i stood outside waiting to see if she would say anything at all...she dropped two more drinks outside and never looked at me. i stood 4ft from her...looking right at her...avoided all eye contact and turned away and closed the door. I called again...voice mail. She never looked up. never talked to me other than that one word, never asked me to stand by...i literally waited 20mins outside in the heat and she never acknowledged my presence...so i left. I will not isolate the day and time and i am not interested in her getting in trouble because this is clearly the result of the store culture...i have experienced sub par here before(pre corona)...but always sucked it up because we want our smoothies...right...but this time was sad. I was trying to patronize the business to HELP as well as enjoy a smoothie(4 actually for my fam)....the issue to me is that she is all alone, clearly not inspired to serve in a way that offers a great customer experience, and seemed very frustrated with having customers waiting...i thought it was just me until i signed on...and saw all of the one star same same experiences....i am sure these all were not just this one young lady...they are or seem to be many of the folks that work at this location. LEADERSHIP=CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE=SALES/PROFIT. i am so upset by being ignored. its truly sad when business need our dollars. And even that cannot inspire a positive experience. i want nothing for this. no coupon. no freebie. nothing. i know it will be ignored. i know this will continue. and my time has been wasted. read more

I have, up until today, really appreciated and enjoyed the smoothies and services from this location and have felt prompted to tip generously. Today, however, I had placed a curbside order because my young toddler has a 100 degree fever and a runny nose and the only thing I've been able to get into her is smoothies. Still, with her symptoms, I obviously couldn't go inside the store. So, as directed, I called when I arrived and let them know I had a curbside order. She then proceeded to ask me what name the order was under. I started to tell her my name. She turned on the blender. Then she turned the blender off and said "I can't hear you. What was the name?" When I started to tell her again, she turned the blender on again. This happened three times. I was parked directly outside so I could see there were zero customers in the store. Then she hung up on me. I called back and she just didn't bother picking up. So, given I'd already paid for the order, could see the order there ready, I went inside to pick it up. So, I'm sorry if your location is now contaminated with whatever virus my daughter has but maybe you should have not been a jerk because you didn't feel like taking care of a curbside order! read more

Worst customer service. Shift lead or manager and assistant did not have the right order, terrible attitude, not welcoming, didn't know how to make the drink and gave me wrong size. place was dirty. read more

I wish I could give zero stars!! Nothing but young unprofessional kids working here as mentioned in a prior review. My smoothie didn't even taste how it was supposed to! Yea this place sucks with customer service, not a "hello", not a "be right with you". I felt like I was in their way of their conversation. These two were just talking about their weekend while I literally stood at the register for 5-6 minutes. Then the gentleman comes to the register and just stands there and looks at me I had to ask him "do I order now or should I wait" no response from him just a blank stare on his face. Man real uncomfortable. Sucks cause this place is so close to home and I really like their smoothies. But nah I won't be back till they get a new friendlier crew, I just make my own damn smoothies. If u must get a smoothie, prolly best to just order online and just go in and pick up and leave. But man who runs this place? They really need to know their staff sucks and is hurting their business. Horrible customer service went yesterday received worst service opened the door was screamed at for opening the door by the girl working there while 2 other employees just looked . Didn't get sorry it's only curbside Lobby is closed. I get were in epidemic , but there is a way to talk to someone way not too. Awful experience. My pregnant girlfriend and I went to get a $8 strawberry kiwi breeze. The employees we not rude but by no means friendly at all, but that's not what was bothering. After leave with our smoothie, we noticed it didn't taste right, it was not fresh fruit. After my girlfriend had two sips of the drink, she threw up 10 mins later. Because it was a bad smoothie, we did not drink the rest smoothie, so I went in asking for my money back. After no apology, they refused to get me a refund, so I asked to talk to a manager. The manager would not talk to me. I was told from the employee that was handling my order that the owner would call me that day. It has been almost a week and still no call. How are you going to give a customer bad fruit, then following not even given them their money back? I wasn't asking for anything more then just my money. No way would I recommend this smoothie king to anyone. If you go, try samples first before they try to steal your money. read more

I have a complaint about customer service. Upon entering I was not greeted or welcomed. I came up to the counter with a buy one get one free coupon. I showed the coupon to the girl who was behind the counter if I could use it. She grumpily said yes. I head over to the cashier I ordered 3 smoothies expecting to use the buy one get one free coupon. The cashier who was not friendly said that the coupon couldn't go through. We then go through different orders hoping that the coupon could work with no success. Mind you, the cashier and the first girl are rolling their eyes and annoying sighing while treating potential customers with attitudes that they do not care about star customer service. Back to the order fiasco, I had enough of the eye rolling and talking back from the employees that I leave the establishment without purchasing the smoothies. The cashier had the audacity to sarcastically say "have a great day come again" in the most fake and arrogant voice ever. She was yelling this at me and my younger sister. I too am apart of the service industry and I have never been this disrespected. It is obvious that the first girl and the cashier are not happy working for your company. I haven't been here in a while, but this will be my last time visiting this location. The girls working here get along so well we had to wave them down from the back room to let them know we were ready to order. While we ordered, they didn't stop their conversation to let us order, we had to talk in the gaps of their conversation. Once we ordered, they made our drinks while enjoying their conversation. When our drinks were done they continued their conversation while our drinks sat in the blender until they were ready to step away and pour them. No one once engaged us, asked if we needed help with the menu, or even acknowledged us walking out (or into) the store. I've come to this location and the door was locked at 7 am . I had to call the store and let someone know they had a customer outside . Today i pull up at 7:11 there is a customer waiting to have his order taken and myself . The employee was just setting up . He was taking out machines and rinsing off utensils. If you open at 7 be prepared to work and if you have to set up before hand get to work on time to prepare for the day . I wont be coming back . They literally should think about changing their business hours if that's the case read more

I love smoothie King but this location isn't great. Always has very long lines and only one or two people working who share that other employees are out sick or just didn't show up. I can understand if this happens every now and then but it has been EVERY time I come in now and it's getting kind of riciolous. Workers seem friendly enough but please hire more staff or have better management so the wait is not so long and one employee is frantically trying to do everything. read more

Probably the best place to get a healthy smoothie. There are so mant different variations that you could probably stand there for an good half hour trying to decide what to get. Tried to order a smoothie for my two young girls. Asked to have it split between two cups (because one small is too large for either one of them), and they wouldn't do it, saying management keeps a cup count. Offered to pay for the second cup, they wouldn't budge. Other franchises charge a small fee for splits, but this location would rather lose a sale than simply charge a small fee for a cup. Understaffed. ALWAYS. Very frustrating. Staff works as fast as they can but cannot keep up. Very poor management.

I've always been a loyal customer to this location but this is the 3rd time that the customer service has been horrible. If you're coming to this location you better set aside about 30 minutes to wait. If anybody is thinking about opening up a similar business in the area, now is the time because this place is failing horribly. First time coming to this location on a sunday. It was clean. And we were greeted by 2 staff members. They were polite. Ordered a mangosteen and passion passport. The mangosteen was so good but my Bf's passion passport tasted like a vanilla protein shake, not so fruity at all. But then another female staff at the cashier today was rude. Great drinks. especially the strawberry, kiwi ,pineapple breeze. THE servers are always very friendly & helpfull.Great pick me up .when you are hot or hungry very refreshing drink .Also recomend the vitamins & joint or health care products.
