service was quick at this location. the store seemed a bit messy in the prep area which i tried to avoid looking at. i get nervous about cross contamination and there just wasn't lids on fruit containers and looked like there was splashback on counters. the smoothie was yummy tho. i didn't really taste any lemon but that may be because i added kiwi and it may have overpowered it? would come here again tho for a quick smoothie. read more

Smoothie King closes at 10. I tried to order online through the app about 15 minutes prior to no avail. I tried to call multiple times since It's the only place open after the gym, They were told they cannot answer the phone after a certain time by their manager. Pulled up at 9:52 they were closed and cleaning. Spoke to Renee the manager on the phone and let her know the situation. She offered 0 compensation or customer solutions. Wish I could actually give this place zero stars. Whole staff of untrained 15yr olds making smoothies with rotting fruit. They messed up my order and after trying very politely to get a remake, the manager Renee insisted that I ordered the drink wrong. Came here twice during the week and once on a Saturday. The weekly crew is on top of it. Working fast and getting those smoothies cranked out. Smoothies were always delicious and tasted right every time. I'd call my order ahead and it was ready by the time I got there. Enter the weekend crew. Epic fail. They open at 8, called at 8:30-8:45 no answer. When I got there and walked in, the guy who was at the front of the store didn't even acknowledge me, turned around, and slow walked to the back. Then his coworker comes out from the back, slowly walking to the front. Took about 10 minutes to place an order. Meanwhile the guy is slowly moving scoops and stuff, getting ready for business about an hour past open time at this point. The register wasn't opened, phone wasn't being answered, the drive through clients took priority. The smoothies tasted like crap...there was powder crunching, I asked to substitute papaya for more kiwi...didn't get more kiwi so the smoothie wasn't what I expected. At this point if I said something about the taste, I'd waste another 30 min waiting for customer service. I went to the smoothie king off Budde Road today & unfortunately my Angel Food smoothie caused a sharp pain in my throat. Creating my assumption that a piece of plastic or sharp ice cut my throat! I was drinking my drink as normal & then I felt a sharp pain during one of my sips through my straw. I think it's ridiculous that you pay $8+ for a smoothie and 27 cents extra for an extra cup to ask them to split a 32 oz in half, the cashier said it's against store policy. They locked their doors 40min before they were supposed to be closed which is set at 10pm on Tuesdays. 2 staff members were inside not even busy doing any cleaning/closing/work related duties. They were just on their phones and had no care to unlock the doors for us when we came well within their business hours. Been here a couple times for HANGOVER SMOOTHIES when I'm unfortunately up and about and feel like death itself holding my hand. Pretty good! I do indeed feel better after mah smoothie but they are expensive. 7'ish bucks! Yikes, but it is a BIG smoothie. They have a drive thru which I really like, and the inside appears to have all sorts of other healthy stuff. Not to mention we had to repeat our Oder multiple times, for the size to still be wrong, the lady working the window had an attitude to her coworker and us. When we asked which one was ours neither of them could give us an answer and before we could even tell them that our order was wrong they were already in the back and no where to be found. We take the kids for a smoothie on $5 Friday's. You can get a 32oz smoothie for just $5 which is a great value because smoothies are expensive anywhere. Their smoothies are great tasting and there are lots of choices. We always opt for the Angel Food which is strawberry banana. It's so convenient that they have a drive thru, especially when you have two small kids. Service has always been friendly and quick. read more

the customer service at this smoothie king is extremely poor. I have been a loyal member of their loyalty program and on my last visit clearly told the young man working the window to make sure that he scanned for my loyalty points after he scanned for the one dollar off that I was using. He failed to do that. Then I attempted to use the smoothie king app to submit my receipt for the credit and two weeks later still have not received credit. I took the time to go into the store and explain this and show the young man who claimed to be the assistant manager in training my issue and all he could say was all we do is make the smoothies . I would question this young man's ability to be in any leadership and management position. read more
