Normally great to come here. I have a fruit allergy and always get a chocolate smoothie that doesn't have any fruit. Was given a fruit smoothie and when I went to correct it, was argued with that it always comes with fruit in it. Looked up the recipe online, only allergens listed are milk and eggs. Said sorry after, but wow what a huge issue that could have been if I didn't catch it after the first tiny sip.... I don't walk around saying I have an allergy for fun. I love a smoothie king with a drive thru especially when i have my pup with me. It's in the same lot as a gas station and car wash but the drive thru is easy to access. Once you arrive the automatic voice comes on following the actual staff member to take your order. She was nice and the service was pretty quick. There was only 1 car ahead of me and 1 behind. Posted a review last week, concerned that the mobile app wasn't working during peak morning hours. I received a response from management apologizing for the inconvenience, assuring me it would be resolved, and providing a contact email for further concerns. Tried the app today, got the same error message. Looked the location up on Yelp, and now shows hours as opening at 9am. Tried to contact Smoothie King at the email address provided, and it wasn't a working address. Starting to wonder what's going on with this place? Whatever it is, it isn't good and needs correcting quickly! (Pics included) PS. Drove past anyway, and store was open. When I asked the employee why the mobile order app was shutdown, she said "probably because we had a catering order". They must do a lot of catering, as this is the 3rd time I've had the same experience in under 2 weeks. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Last month it took me 22 minutes in the drive thru for them to ask me my order, but my heart was set on a smoothie so I stayed. Today I actually drove away, because this one was 15 minutes after they said they'd "be right with me". Clearly poor staffing, staff with no pride or care for the store's reputation, not good owner, etc. Save yourself a trip and go literally anywhere else. read more

This was my first visit to this Smoothie King location. I was greeted as I walked in the front door. They were pretty busy, but another staffer came out from the back to assist in taking orders and making drinks. Awesome that this team worked so well together. My drink was prepared and tasted exactly as it is supposed to. This location has a drive-thru. It seems that the drive-thru customers take priority over the in store customers (their drinks appeared to be made before mine). There is free wifi (the password is printed on a flyer near the pick up counter). There is plenty of seating inside. No seating outside though. If you have the Smoothie King app on your phone, make sure to check in before you pay. I was able to get a $1 off coupon for checking in on their app. read more

Tight wads 1. If they make 3-4 ounces too much, they are not allowed to pour it in a little cup or even let their employees have it. Their answer is, there should never be too much made, even by accident. ( It gets tossed) 2. If you have a coupon that is one day expired, sorry, you are out of luck. 3. I ordered 2-3 smoothies and one had a very light mix of ingredients in one of them. I went back the next day and told them I was a regular customer and one was very light on ingredients. It was a tasteless ice slush, they said you really need to drink it fast, as they can't be liable for how it might taste a few hours later. They actually begrudgingly gave me another one there, but with a frown. But if it's an ice slush, missing half the ingredients, it won't matter if you drink it a year from now. Sometimes they just miss. They have a young man who is their GM for their two locations and he must be on some aggressive profit sharing because they are over the top strict. The franchisers that own Rock Hill, the one by the magic house, and 15 other ones, are way more customer/employee friendly. They also offer gift cards, where you get a 20 ounce smoothie free if you buy a $25 gift card. If their location and drive thru both weren't so convenient, I would never go here. PS. They own the store in Fenton and this one in Sunset Hills. Again, over the top, shrewdly operated. You'd think it was a diamond mine. My guess is, they have friends and family loading up their google reviews with high marks. read more

I waited a long time for a small banana boat and the employees were just eating and taking there time and they were being really slow, when you order drive through it should be fast and it took 15 minutes for my drink and there were like 3 cars behind me. Ordered online, couldn't go inside to just grab it and leave, and there was a stupid long line. I'm like alright, well can't be late to work, I'll just call and tell them to cancel it. Nope. Fast and friendly service! I'm a regular customer and the drive thru is a game changer for me. Great product, great location!

I placed an online order so I could get my smoothies quickly. When I pulled up and called the number to get my order brought to me, staff asked me to go through the drive through to get my order. So I had to wait in line behind 4 other cars while their smoothies were made and their transactions were completed. By the time I got my smoothies they were pretty melty and not that great. What's the point of ordering ahead online if I have to wait in the same long drive through line as everyone else? read more

Just started using smoothie king. I've been there twice in three days and so far they are really good. I like the drive they option. The shakes are good and on both visits the employees are extremely friendly. The location in south county is kind of bad because you have no access to it from Lindbergh without turning around. I go to this location several times per month and have recently been experiencing bad service. Over the last three days, I have had two online orders and they both were not made until a few minutes after I got there...which was later than the time I reserved. To top it off, the smoothies tasted terrible. The first time, the manager remade it and the second she made was worse than the first. She told me to come back a couple of days later. When I did, I asked to have the little bit that was left in the blender; it was about half a cup. She said, "Just so you know, that cup costs 16 cents." What??? She said this after I had to wait for an online order to be made badly twice, and use my more than 16 cents of gas and time to get a third one when it should have been made right the first time??? Wow!! I didn't lose faith though...I went back again today and I had to wait ten minutes for my online order to be made and it was horrible. I guess I will have to make my regular location one that is further away to get good service. read more
