First time coming here. We do not have one in Illinois yet or near at least. They were busy but the lines kept moving. ( this was on Easter Sunday) it was myself and two step kids. We all ordered different drinks. I had their hot chai, one had a strawberry matcha latte, and the other did a smoothie with cold foam. We all really enjoyed the drinks. Everyone there is very friendly and socializing with guests! We definitely will be back! They do play loud music outside if you want to listen in. read more

This is usually my go to location since it's in my neighborhood but this visit I'm very unhappy and unsatisfied with the consistency of my two smoothies I ordered. Lines were wrapped around the building and usually I never stop when it's like this but it was a Father's Day's wish. Although the line were speedy this execution of consistency was a watered down bubbling mess. I ordered one strawberry pineapple and one bubble gum strawberry smoothie. I had to literally beg for my daily deal of the Brewzie . If it's too overwhelming to have a long line and keep consistency cut off the line at a certain point until you can regain momentum. I hope my next visit is more accurate and consistent. read more

I am typically a Starbucks fan hard but my daughter is obsessed with seven brew. She really likes it and ask to go here every day so with that I'm going to give him a five star rating. She loves the coffee drinks and every now and then she'll try one of the sodas. But I will tell you every time I meant their drive through the service is always very friendly and they love conversation so if you check it out, make sure to chat it up with them. I also love that they have a question written on their window as a conversation starter, so it's always important to answer those and hear their point of view. The line is usually long, but it typically goes by pretty fast. read more

Friendly staff, fast moving line. I love to see the window art and quirky quotes or questions. My drinks seem to be a hit or miss at this location. I ordered an iced strawberry matcha latte. My review is a little biased because I absolutely HATE drive-thrus. I don't know what it is about going inside and looking a server or an employee directly in the eyes while ordering my food, but that's just how I like to do it. Practically my entire family had been LITERALLY raving about the new 7 brew and their drink specials. So we finally got a chance to give it a try. We have actually gone 2 times. There is no menu when you drive up, there are just employees standing outside with iPads to take your order and I guess you're supposed to just know what you want??? It gives Sonic vibes almost, except i think literally drive thru only. I asked for a paper menu and, it was still really no help. I don't drink coffee and it seemed like the only drinks that were listed with all of the flavor options and ingredients inside it were for the coffee drinks. They have "fizz drinks," energy drinks, iced drinks and other bubbly & flavored drinks, but there are no flavors or prices listed anywhere! I asked what flavors do they have for the fizz drinks and she literally say "oh, we have all flavors," and didn't list not one flavor, lol. I'm like Okay... that's not very helpful but, thanks? Ended up ordering a blue raspberry fizz drink and a mango one. The drinks took about 10-12 minutes to come out. They were good. The mango one had melted down and was practically half juice. I immediately asked for that one to be remade. That took another 5 minutes. The actual slushed ice in the fizz drinks was the BOMB. It was so smooth and crunchy. I might come back... I just hate waiting a long time in drive-thrus, especially for just a drink. read more

Love 7brew! Tried it for the first time in KC and I'm so happy to have one close to home now. The iced cinnamon roll is my go-to order. The service is incredible because the employees are so nice plus the line may look long but it moves so fast. Not to mention they play some bomb music while you wait. This was my first time trying 7 Brew it was always on my to try list but I had not until now. I love cold coffee and was undecided on what to get so I pulled up to the drive thru and asked the young lady what's a must try for a first timer, she suggested the German Chocolate chilled and German chocolate is one of my favorite desserts so I said why not and it was a hit for my taste buds. The drive thru line was pretty long but it moved quickly and that was a plus in my eyes, which is great because drive thru is the only way to get served there's not inside service for 7 Brew. First time going to this place and the traffic looked crazy like chick-fil a but it honestly goes so fast and so easy paced before I knew it we were at the front of the line... I was Greeted by RiRi who was outside in the rain willing actually over willing to help and go into details about the extra flavors offered!! Also they do FREE PUP cups at 7Brew which was awesome it comes with dog bone as well if you want!!!! They have a reward system you can signup for online or download the app! Late night coffee cravings call for 7 brew. I was 2nd in line and greeted immediately. I got the white chocolate mocha frozen chiller per usual. It was a quiet late Saturday night just before closing at 11 pm. There were no cars but the wait was about 15 minutes. Actually leaving this review live and the drink came out "liquidy". The lined fudge had already fallen to the bottom. I asked why it looked different and the lady said the machine made it like that. I tasted it too but it was not good. Lots of other bits and pieces to this story but long story short, I left without a drink. Bad experience. read more

Stopped here to buy a gift card for a colleagues birthday after work one night and couldn't resist getting a decaf latte! It was lovely! The staff was very kind and easy to order from. The service was a little slower than I anticipated for the number of cars in line, but for only two people working was not bad at all! I love the ease of ordering here, but I wish there was a better opportunity to look at the menu before the employees come get your order. I was able to pull it up on my phone and made my choice from there. I am sure I will be back here for a full caffeine coffee in the future! read more

I arrived about 6:20 pm. I waited about seven minutes in line. They had a special. The special changed from what was sent to me in a text from corporate office. The girl who worked there kept complaining about the special changing to me . OK I ordered a strawberry shake and a free strawberry and a free raspberry shake only to be given something blended with pink. I drove off and when I thought about it, I was like this is not a shake. These are not shake. These are flavored eyes whatever they call them themselves making, but this is not eyes. I mean, this is not shake so I turned around and I went back and I patiently waiting in line. It wasn't as long as it was before and I told Belinda I did not order anything with ice. I've wanted a shake with ice cream and strawberry and another ice cream ice another shake with raspberry and ice cream and she said oh all of our shakes come with ice. I said I'm 62 years old and when we say shake, we're talking about ice cream in a flavor so I'll waited again only to be given something that looked like colored water so I asked her where is the shake it's supposed to be thick and she said oh this is how we make them so I just asked for my money back and it was like OK and I told her I said I've wasted 40 12:55 hour at least 45 minutes trying to get two shakes and she was so unbothered to buy it you talk about unprofessionalism and you talk about having a not a car in the world about not delivering something that was so simple as a strawberry shake, please stay away from this place. This is like my second or third time third time is a charm supposedly well this is my third and last time dealing with seven brew on Limburg in Florissant attitude don't care and you take it as I give you or that's your problem attitude. Bel told me to pull over. I waited a few minutes. I got out of my car to remind them I was waiting. Altogether I wasted 45 minutes and left without a shake. I went at about 7am the workers that were on the outside seemed pleasant and educated me on their menu. I waited 15 minutes while 3 cars were in front of me and there was 7 workers on the inside. I ordered a cappuccino and added white mocha. I waited 15 minutes for this drink and it was not hot at all..as if it sat there for a while. I was highly disappointed in my 1st visit to this establishment. I'm an avid coffee drinker but wanted to try something new. I can't say that I would recommend this place to anyone for coffee..perhaps it was a bad day..but it was far too many workers for them to not be efficient enough to move that line.. read more
