This was by far the worst experience with a massage therapist I have ever had. I never even got a massage, as she canceled and re-scheduled my appointment twice claiming medical emergencies (this was within about a 5 month period). When I asked to be refunded, she initially refused, and when I pressed further, she gave me the run-around and several different excuses, and it took a month for me to reclaim my funds. At the same time she was claiming medical emergencies, she was continuing to advertise her services on Instagram. I think she is running a scam. She hasn't had a review since January 2021.
