It's been about a year and a half since we've been here. We came for lunch today. My husband had a ginormous burger called the Buccaneer burger. I had hooligan burger. You can get a delicious rum runner for $7. My burger was flavorful with a Mexican flare. My husband gave his burger a 7.5 as it wasn't very flavorful. The bun couldn't hold up with the burger. We miss the old menu. The incredible shrimp pasta dish. We moved so we quit coming. We will definitely be back. read more

Had some time to kill before heading to one of my favorite restaurants that serves delicious crab legs, we stopped here after trying to find other spots that are walking distance... As we came closer we didn't see much activity.. only bartop which was about 6 people were there. It's more of a bar/pub than a restaurant. Came for a margarita before my pedicure appointment, super laid back environment, and the bartender was really nice and prompt. The outside seating area has a lot of fans, so it wasn't so stuffy. We came here because all the other restaurants in downtown Palm Harbor were busy on a Friday night and now I think we know why. It's a typical dive atmosphere so we didn't have high expectations but we gave it a shot anyways. The food was okay, definitely not the best in town but what really ruined our experience was the service and pricing. The bill we received had all of our food marked up by at least a dollar, $2 if you count adding meat to the nachos (despite it explicitly stating on the menu that it included beef) and our server didn't care. I had the menu to compare to the bill just to make sure I wasn't crazy. Avoid if you can! read more

Hands down my favorite overall bar! Not only because of the fun outside atmosphere or great food but mostly because these are some of the best bartenders ever! Sarah, Kay and that man with the amazing beard Vinny! They make fabulous cocktails or ask for one their custom shots, Sarah makes a shot that taste just like skittles. Kay makes her "Kaprisun" it's like sticking a straw in a deliciously dangerous juice pouch. Be sure to have one of Vinny's blue cherry Gatorade, I promise you'll know what it is with your eyes closed. These 3 working together makes a rockstar team and a great bar experience so. If your not coming here to see them in action you're missing out on a crazy fun time. read more

I am writing a response to John M.....you didn't sit near our table you stood at it and after being told the table was taken you and your friends still chose to put a purse on the table and grab chairs that belonged to a different area of the bar. When I came back to sit I asked about the purse and was called a bitch. Even after that I still helped you and your party find a table (that was empty) and get the TV set to the game you all wanted to watch. It seems to me if you walk into a bar you should probably find an empty table so you don't have to deal the "regulars" or anyone else trying to enjoy themselves! Thanks! read more

Caution with this place: they add a "rounding" charge to your bill. This is a tiny ($.01 +/-) upcharge that most would not even notice. BUT: "rounding" is against the law as it is a charge for nothing, no service (ie, gratuity) no product, and they do not inform you of it. It just appears on your bill. Sarah, the manager on duty when we were there, said, "I know, like, where does it go?" Yes, and what is it for?? An illegal rip off, that's what. A penny isn't a big deal to anyone, but multiply that over the number of guests they're charging that to over a year and it becomes a rather significant illegal grift. Also: No drink menu = no way for customer's to know how much a drink costs. A can of IPA costs the same as a generously portioned margarita?! No way. The proverbial "dive bar" is ok for a change of pace. Live music and a pirate theme make for a nice evening meal. The menu offers primarily fried items, did not see a salad on the menu. They offer some good drink prices. I had a Rum Runner for $5 which was good. Service was good for a busy Friday evening. I selected a burger which was stuffed with cheese and topped with onion straws and accompanied with some tasty crispy coated fries. Did not linger after finishing meal as I had concerns over staff's lack of masks. May not return until covid issues are no longer a threat. read more

This is an update The Pub is open and now serving burgers and fries plus chicken wings and fried pickles. The fries are made from scratch and you can taste the difference. I had the Cheddar Burger with lettuce, tomato and onions on a grilled bun and it did not disappoint! Now people in downtown Palm Harbor have a place to eat lunch on Monday! read more

Cool little bar/restaurant. Very chill. I got fried pickle chips to start and they were nice thick pickle slices and a lite batter. They were good. Then I got the Yucatán tacos. They were good and flavorful and huge. The pickle chips was a great big basket also. So good value and good food, I was happy. read more

This looked like a really cool place to check out in downtown Palm Harbor. We were totally wrong. I've never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant/bar as long as I can remember. Sadly, even though I'm a local, The employee that approached us was extremely intoxicated, made it clear we were not wanted there (probably based on the fact that were in our early 30s) and we left without even ordering a drink.
