First time trying this place. I've heard from a Facebook page that this was the place to go. It had recently open so there's tons of improvements that needs to be done. I noticed everyone was getting their meal at different times where someone from the table could be done eating and then the next meal for the other person could be coming to the table. We got seated right away. You could see the parents and daughter helping each other out. The food was pretty decent. I got a burger and my bf got the Ruben sandwich with waffle Fries. The waffle fries was perfectly fried. My burger didn't come with mayo but that's something you could easily ask for. The fries was a little soggy but fresh from the fryer. I would recommend people to try this little place. I will go back to try the pasta. Overall my experience wasn't too bad and we got greater by everyone there. Nice little cafe....simple food done very well. We had the wings, cooked perfect and the sauce was not blazing hot. I actually added a little Texas Pete hot sauce at the table. For the mains we had the club with sweet potato fries and the catfish sandwich. Everything was cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back as we pass through. read more

My wife and 2 children stopped in recently. They just opened a few days ago. As a result they are still working out some of the kinks. The menus are printed computer paper with staples. Nothing very fancy but maybe that's not such a bad thing for a small town café. It took about 15 minutes for them to take our order. My wife ordered a cheeseburger and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Our kids wanted macaroni and cheese and angel hair pasta, both from the kids menu. About five minutes later they came out and told us that the angel hair pasta was only a dinner item and they could not fulfill that order, as it was lunch. So we got a 2nd mac & cheese instead. While we were waiting on our food, we took notice that several patrons around us had ordered the cheeseburger and were heavily dissatisfied with it. One guy ate about a fourth of it and waited about 10 minutes at the front desk to make his complaints, pay and leave. Another table indicated that it was very greasy. At this point my wife and I were getting a little bit worried. A person who I think to be the owner came out to let us know it would be only five more minutes and that the kids meals will be on the house. About 15 minutes later the food arrived. The burgers were just OK nothing special. The fries were extremely bland and had no seasoning whatsoever. The kids meals were simply Kraft macaroni and cheese with a little bit of pepper in them. At the conclusion of the meal we were presented the bill and the kids meals were still on there. However they had only charged us two dollars per kids meal. I decided not to argue as I thought maybe I had misheard the owner, as he spoke with a very thick accent. I was really hoping for a better experience as I think this location can support a good restaurant. Unfortunately I don't think the level of service and quality of food we received would justify this business being around for the long term. I hope they learn from their feedback they received from various customers today and use that to improve. read more

I was looking for a different place for brunch and this place popped up. I was skeptical when I walked in but was seated quickly and drinks brought right away. I had the egg white omelette and it was delicious. My husband loved his breakfast burrito. The owners came by to check on us while we were eating. This is a great little cafe for breakfast! My sister and I are traveling back from Florida and happened upon it. I had the egg white omelette and she had an omelette and biscuits and gravy. Both our meals were wonderful and even though we asked for extra veggis in our omelettes, they didn't charge us more than the menu price. And the iced tea is among the best I've had! I got there and it closes at 3 on Monday's but as I was walking back to my car the owner opened the door and welcomed me and my daughter in. Hi All. Wife and I went for breakfast this morning. Awesome service, however it's like they cook each order at a time. Took 45 minutes from the time we ordered until we were served. I Love the local diners and no doubt want to support them. The niceness of these folks kept me from walking out. The food was good but not sure if the time waiting was worthwhile. The service was great and so was the food. The portions were just right and everything we ate was great. I had the meatloaf with mac and cheese and my husband has the catfish with fries and green beans.
