Never visited The Sandwich Factory before...shame on me. A friend and I went out to lunch and he suggested them. He ordered the Factory Club (looked delicious) and I decided on the Romanucci's Tour of Italy. Granted...it's a sandwich but these folks really serve up a good looking sub. The meats had flavor and the Capicola a nice bit of a kick. The veggies were all fresh and the kicker...the sub was toasted!!! The addition of their homemade sweet basil pesto (don't skip on this) it one of the best sauces on an Italian sub I've had, you might want a bit on the side for dipping. They offer different sides with the sandwiches, go for the homemade potato chips! No pics of the chips...but the cheese sauce is for them. Great food and friendly service...may have been my first visit...but not my last!

The sandwich factory is always a hit for me I haven't been here since they opened many many years ago but I went today and it was better than ever I had a chopped cheese it was fresh and full of flavor and the bread was soooo fresh and absolutely amazing everything and everyone was so great the inside was super clean and even the restrooms were pristine the service was also great. They were helpful and kind with suggestions And explanations of everything I asked. Everything is top tier! Didn't get a pic of the sandwich but I got the boro chopped cheese and a s'mores cookie! Both incredible!

This place is a bit tricky to find but am glad I did. The restaurant is an order at the counter and seat yourself joint. There is pretty much anything you could want as far as the menu goes. They have a few deserts limited to nice looking cookies unless you count the milkshakes. I didn't get one because I'm watching what I eat. Yes, I watched two Chicago dogs disappear right in front of my eyes. My dining partner had a Philly cheesesteak and it was good enough to have again. I tried that so I know what I'm talking about. The Sandwich Factory is closed on Sunday. Whether you like that or not, keep it in mind. P.S. The milkshake wasn't mine.

Great sandwich and service. Neat place to eat. Would definitely recommend. Very busy but fast service. Friendly staff.

I went to The Sandwich Factory for my friend's birthday and we each got Cuban sandwiches. They were so yummy and the restaurant was so clean. Service was friendly and quick! I ordered us a cookie to split because they only had one out, but they brought a fresh one out for my friend for her birthday! So kind! I'm so pleased and I will definitely be back.

I stumbled upon this place during a road trip and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, quick, and helpful. The restaurant was clean and upscale. The food was delicious and quick. The chicken sandwich was spicy and crispy, with one caveat. I should have read the menu more closely. I foolishly assumed all chicken sandwiches came with lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. This one did not. Again this is on me, but this sandwich would have been next level with the accoutremants.

We spent a lot of time on the road to Tennessee in the months of October and November. One gem we found while there was Sandwich Factory. This restaurant is located near N. Thompson Ln off Chaffin Pl. I loved how bright and airy the dining area is. The chairs are a fun seafoam green and the music is great. I ordered the Big Crispy chicken sandwich and an order of mozzarella sticks. My fiancé opted for the Factory Burger plain w/ cheese and a side of chicken and rice soup. Both were cooked fresh to order, so our food was piping hot from the fryers and grill. We also got cookies. I got the Campfire Crunch, while he got the jumbo chocolate chip cookie. It was a hard decision between the cookie and the brownie but the cookie won in the end. They were ooey gooey, but not messy. The service was friendly and helpful. We were the only customers there at first, but then people started trailing in. This was an amazing place to try before getting back on the road home.

Ramanucci's Tour of Italy This was probably one of the best sandwiches I've had in a very long time. I'm glad I checked this place out

Absolutely delicious! This is the tour of Italy. I went with the recommendation from one of the workers. Excellent!!

Absolutely Delicious! The tour of Italy sandwich was so delicious that I had to share it with my son. Amazing, reasonable and friendly atmosphere.

Glad to report that the Sandwich Factory has a wide variety of sammies, pizzas and burgers on the menu, they are prepared in a timely manner and the items we tried were good enough to bring me back, Located at one of the busiest intersections in town (Old Fort Pkwy and Thompson Ln), it is still relatively easy to access. Not much to look at on the outside, which is OK with me, I kinda like the hole in the wall atmosphere. My Philly's Brotherly Love (aka Philly Cheesesteak) was fresh and satisfying. The green peppers popped and my sandwich was served with Whiz on the side. The pizza was thin crust, and the veggies on our Pepperoni, Black Olive and Mushroom were a little wet, causing the crust to be moist because the quick cooking time did not allow for the moisture to evaporate out. Items that caught my eye for future visits include the Vienna Italian Beef, Mile High Corned Beef, The Cubano, and the Big Dipper (French Dip) and the King of Grilled Cheese (made with 4 cheeses!)

Super local restaurant. Huge variety of sub sandwiches such as Italian, Philly cheesesteak, Chicago beef and more. Great burgers. Home made cookies and brownies are wonderful!!

So much so, we kept talking about it over and over for several months until we broke down and went back. The second experience shattered the illusion we had of the first. Service was extremely rude and rushed from the moment we stepped into the front door and had to deal with a hostess in the worst mood possible for dealing face-to-face with clientele. To the waiter for the evening, who did not want to be bothered with us as they were "tending to a large party in the back". To the food and drinks, which - for the price - were extremely underwhelming. Other than their fries, which have always been good, everything seemed like it lacked the seasoning and pizazz that our meal did the first time we went in. Next go round, attempt at redemption, was met with similar vibes from the previous attempt. Not quite as rude of service, but still rushed/understaffed, and less-than-appetizing fare for the evening/price paid. Sure, everything looks good, but sometimes something is just off enough to clock and you can taste it just misses the mark for some reason or another. Last time we visited just for cocktails and dessert and while our server this time was more than friendly and very welcoming, the atmosphere was still very rushed and we were told yet again that they were 'understaffed' for the evening, so the servers were all darting around hustling as quickly as possible. Made for a less-than-inviting, not quite cozy atmosphere that, again - for the price out here in the burbs - wasn't what we were hoping for.

If you're someone who doesn't always want a burger at a burger restaurant, it's definitely worth trying. Another menu item that surprised me was the deviled eggs. They're a unique twist on a classic appetizer and not something you see at most restaurants. The food is consistently good, the menu has a lot of variety, and it's one of the few places I keep coming back to without getting tired of it. I got the buttermilk bacon for my burger and it should only be served as a side or appetizer. The half slice of bacon is breaded so it is over an inch thick and there were 4 pieces on the patty. There is no way this could fit in a normal sized mouth if you add any lettuce or other condiments. I asked for Brie and got one 1" slice. Definitely not what I expected for a $3 up charge. The sweet potato fries were inedible due to the salt they were doused with. I will, however, recommend the house fried chips with onion dip and it was a shame to have to leave it since there was so much of it. It probably would be great in place of mayo on a burger. I also observed 5-6 people wandering in and out of the back that weren't wearing uniforms but seemed to know everyone as they stood around chatting. Why??? Not very professional for food service. One young man in particular kept running his hand thru his long hair as he stood near the staff area for drinks and the pass. Ugh! There was also another guy with hair down to his waist that was pulled back but man!, that ponytail was swinging loose everywhere from the kitchen to the bar. Again, ugh! Neither of those would I want near where my food was being prepared. The menu is a fun looking and eclectic mess but we won't be back. I prefer a food be under-salted as one can always add more if needed and the hair completely turned me off.
