They have Turkish ready-to-go foods in their hot food, salads, and meze counter, including some of my favourites: - Midye dolma (stuffed mussels with herbed and spiced rice inside), commonly sold as street food in Istanbul and in the coastal cities of Turkey and Armenia - Kabak mücver (Turkish zucchini fritters), usually served with Greek yogurt - Imam bayildi (eggplant stuffed with tomatoes, zucchini, pepper, garlic, onion, olive oil) - Tabbouleh (Levantine salad made of finely chopped parsley, tomatoes, mint, onion, and bulgur) The inside of the supermarket isn't that big, and the produce section is quite small (although the produce items they carry are pretty fresh). Most of the products they carry are Turkish / Mediterranean (different types of bulgur, beans, etc.). The meze counter has staples such as hummus (made in-house), which you can get in bulk by choosing container size. Unlike big chain grocery stores that carry hummus in pre-packaged hubs from different brands, they don't offer pre-packaged hummus here - only the in-house-made hummus. What caught my eye was the babaghanoush. Instead of the regular dark-coloured babaghanoush (charred eggplant mixed with tahini), it was bright orange because it was Kurdish babaghanoush (eggplant mixed with tomatoes which give it a reddish / orange colour, as well as leeks and onion). I tried it and it tasted very fresh and flavourful. They also have hot meals including various kinds of lahmacun, pide, grilled fish with a choice of meze, etc. There is a small bakery with homemade flatbreads and different varieties of baklava (pistachio baklava, walnut baklava, carrot baklava, etc.), and a whole section dedicated to Turkish delights, nuts, and dried fruits.
