I learned today that this is a family owned business so as far as being able to contact corporate or someone higher up, it will not happen. The contract states if you cancel within 30 days of a NEW subscription you will be issued a refund. My good people the manager canceled my subscription the 21st of March and never issued a refund. She's dodged my calls and FINALLY sent me a email back not including the 30 days refund policy for new members and also advised since it's been 30 days my contract is no longer in the system.. I don't think that would hold up in court that documentation I signed feb 28th is not there. If you don't need to cancel you may be fine, but if ANYTHING happens you probably should just go through your bank.

I asked for directions to the locker room. Employees seem to by nice. 5 stars. Locker Rooms: Area was well-kept and clean. Locker room was on the small side, which could be concerning during a rush. Might have to wait for a shower or have a little trouble finding a locker. Just something to think about. 4 stars. Weight room: The whole gym feels a little dated, but it's nice. I liked it. This gym had everything I need to get a full workout as a bodybuilding competitor, EXCEPT for a Hack-Squat which is essential for quad development. 4 stars. This is a good gym. 4 stars.
