She shouldn't ve in the business of fitness if she doesn't know how to speak to people. She holds conversations that should be private, regarding paid customers in public spaces to humiliate them and that could be detrimental to someone's wellness journey. The drop in fee is $28 which is reasonable and there are class packages, as well as memberships. My schedule is pretty busy and when I came home and was excited about it my husband bought a treadmill the next day which came with an IFIIT membership that I have been trying the different classes so I have not been back but I do think I will at some point because it was a great workout and different from what I am used to. All the trainers are amazing & so encouraging. The community is like no other. The camps are challenging, but can be modified for all levels, so no excuses.
