The other one has a shower, but there's too much traffic. The big one has a pool and is huge, but costs more than my monthly mortgage. This YMCA is all you need. It has great family rates, a small but decent gym, a pool, and many other amenities that we havent even used yet. This is the best bang for your buck. My son and I go to the gym between 5-6am and there's always plenty of machines and weights available. The front desk staff was friendly in setting us up and they always greet us with a warm welcome when we come in. We've only had the membership for a few weeks, so if something goes south, I'll update this rating, but for now... it's top notch!

Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing, particularly when it comes to customer service. The issues began when my young son was invited by a friend (who is a member) to play basketball. Each visit was a challenge, even when we followed the rules and paid the guest fee. The staff at the front desk was often unfriendly. On one occasion, I was told the person assisting us was new and not yet trained. Things escalated when I received a voicemail informing me that my son could no longer visit because he had exceeded the allowed number of guest passes. I was surprised by this and called in to ask if I could purchase a full-day pass for him to play for just one hour. The front desk staff declined and said I was welcome to explore membership options. She tried transferring me to the membership representative--twice--but no one answered or returned my call.My husband eventually called and was able to speak to the membership person right away. After agreeing to a membership, he told me to go ahead and bring our son in. When we arrived, the same front desk person questioned my young son directly, asking him whether he was allowed in. I was honestly shocked by this level of treatment.While this facility is gorgeous and extremely convenient, the lack of professionalism and the poor customer service left us very disappointed. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as it could be a truly great place with the right team and training in place.

I went to Dayna to get a Chakra cleansing. I really had no idea what I was getting into. She…read moreexplained everything to me that happened after the cleansing. Dayna had me lie down and get comfortable to the point that I could get into a meditated state. She then lit an incense that smelt really good and made me feel really calm. Next she played some Native American tribal music that made the mood. Soon after she started to place the stones around my chakra points. During that time I felt at complete peace. The whole process was around 10-12 minutes at the minimum. I can't really tell for sure, because I lost track of time. She then told me what she saw and how they relate to me. It was a really interesting. After that she explained what types of stones she had and what they are used for. Overall, I would greatly recommend Dayna. She does a great job at what she does. Her being itself is worth being around. She is really peaceful and calm.

Dayna is SO friendly. Even just in the beginning of our appointment she was so nice, accommodating and treats you like a friend, as well as asking about your day and how everything is going in your life. If you are unfamiliar with the process she will explain what to expect during the procedure, answer any questions you have and share what you may expect to feel during the process, but she is also aware that everyone reacts differently to spiritual cleansing, and so she makes sure you are aware of that. She will ask if you have any allergies or sensitivities to anything before she selects an incense, and lights some candles. Soft meditation music is played in the background while you begin to relax as she sets up. Dayna truly has a gift as she was able to identify things within my life and also my family history that she would not have known about me, including an intuition about the recent passing of my grandparents as well as my families roots in religion. Dayna customizes each treatment to the individual and spends extra time with each client to see that they are taken care of. After my cleansing/shaving she and I sat and discussed both my reactions to the procedure and also her insights of things, as well as the stones she used during the procedure, trouble areas for me, and also some preventative work that I can do to help myself. She recommended two stones for me to find in order to better balance my spirit, and talked about the significance of them as well as the benefits I would see. Being that I have had no prior experience with this sort of thing, she took extra time afterwords to answer any additional questions I had as well as talk a bit about her other relating services she offered and how they related to what she had done for me (but no pushy sales for anything, seriously. But the GM & owner work in collusion with one another & call members out, which is extremely unwarranted. For example, today John the GM alleged that I dropped DBs. In reality, I set the dumbbells down under knee height after performing bicep curls. If you've worked out for over a day you'd realize this is a reasonable drop point for DBs during said exercise. John then felt prompted to bring this to my attention. I respectfully disagreed with the assessment & while we were having a conversation a member swore at me. This prompted all of the surrounding members to look towards our direction. I told the member that if he wanted to say anything that he could say it to me directly. John pretended not to hear this & made an irrational decision to kick me out because he was emotional about me disagreeing with him. I then receive a call from the owner alleging that this was entirely my fault. I'm a very competitive athlete & workout with intensity (unlike most of the members there) & am subsequently getting punished because I workout with purpose. Not once has there been any significant dropping of weights, speaking to members in a negative tone. The collusion is unbelievable & the footage they have proves everything. If you're an athlete looking to workout then I'd highly recommend taking this place off of your list. Going to follow-up with my attorney for harassment & receive said footage.
