I have repeatedly left messages, and e-mails for them to help me resolve my membership issues, and they don't have the decency to acknowledge me. The owner has no interest in handling these issue's. It's unfortunate because if he did as good a job regarding membership billing, and customer service, as he did instructing his classes, he would probably have more members. Sad, but true.

The main gym has it all, I come here mostly to play basketball. Monday through Thursday they play from 10-12 for lunch breaks and again when everyone is off duty around 15-1600 til everyone is tired or has to go. Also Saturday mornings they get together to play. As far as everything else theres racquetball courts upstairs, a rock climbing wall, indoor track and every machine you can possibly think off. Theres a shake smoothie spot inside as well. As far as the staff everyone is helpful and happy to be there. Everything is well maintained and taken care of. Out of all the bases Ive been to or have seen Hill AFB has the best!

I knew it was going to be an adjustment since I haven't been to a gym in 9 or so years (remember lifetime fitness?). I was worried I wouldn't know how to use the equipment and I would just look silly! That wasn't the case (well maybe I still looked silly but no one cared!). Any questions I had were answered beyond expectation! The gym is very clean, up to date, the equipment is friendly to use, towels are provided (cold ones too, which are amazing after breaking a sweat!!). I used my free consultation with Justin and he was wonderful! He pushed me even when I wanted to tap out! I know it was totally worth it and having someone to push you when you want to quit definitely helps! I look forward to going again tomorrow!! The only downside is the tanning bed is slightly out of date, but in all honesty it's unlimited for only and extra $10 a month. It's still well worth it!

The only reason I put a 4 is because the steam room was really dirty when I was there. The smell of piss, mildew and ass. Just need a spray down every other day in there. You could see the grime and little bit of dirt piles at the entrance mixed with the steam wetness.
