Members adhere to gym etiquette as I have observed as well. That's not something normally found in other places as anyone can attest. There is a great functional training area in addition to the traditional weights and cardio areas. The treadmills and belts are well maintained too. Simply give the 30 days notice required, and billing is stopped for the next payment. I discontinued my daughter's membership and it was as simple as that. They also will conveniently put your membership on a temporary hold if you have a circumstance that might prevent you from coming in for a while. Before trying Pilates I was terrified of it, but Bountiful Club Pilates has made it so easy! I attended their 30 minute intro class with Erica. She was able to teach me all the basic movements and explain the equipment. Since then I've taken over 10 classes with various instructors! Each class is different and each instructor brings their own vibes! The gym is professionally built and has a myriad of obstacles that will eat you alive or show off your upper body strength to the point where people ask "how the heck do they DO that??" There are enough challenges in this building to keep everyone busy and it is large enough that you won't be waiting long to use any of the equipment. They offer classes for adults or kids, open gym time, and even reservations for things like birthday parties. Our little Ninja just had a party there where I'm not sure if the kids or dads had more fun. They were able to adjust a lot of the obstacles so the kids (as young as 4) could use them. There are a plethora of foam mats so when you do biff it, you land safely. 20 kids and no tears were shed. Perfection. I see this being a fun alternative for rock climbers to get them out of the traditional climbing gym as well.

What an awesome place... there is IFLY…read more(wind tunnel base jumping), FatCats (bowling / arcade), Golds Gym, Flowrider (surfing), Megaplex 13, and IROCK Utah (rockclimbing.) Ogden was in need of a place for some good family fun. Salomon has a couple decent places to eat (Pizza Factory and Mexican Food.) The Pizza Factory has excellent garlic knots on a stick - as well as a pretty decent salad bar. I haven't tried Costa Vida for mexican - but it looks good. Take FrontRunner up to Ogden for some good times if you get a chance. Salomon was free of the usual riff raff associated with inner city Ogden too.

All of the coaches are so friendly and I love that they have memorized the kids names. We do the Ninja Training. The coaches also take a minute at the very end of each class to share a message such as not to bully or don't answer the door at home, get your parent. I don't know if this is permanent or just a summer thing, but for an additional cost you can sign up your child for a 3 hour Parents Night Out on select Fridays. Basically a chance for you to leave your child with trusted coaches while you take some well deserved time out for yourself. I highly recommend this gym and I'm so glad I gave them a try! They often have sign up offers such as for one whole week you can try all of the classes for a fraction of the price. Which is how I was able to decide which class to enroll my child in.
