All Fit Bungee has changed my life. I am healthier, I can move my body and I'm so much stronger. There are classes for everyone. And within those classes are every level of skill. Unfortunately, their billing practices and member services have completely changed that experience for me. Every month, the app shows that I owe $0, making it look like my bill is paid or nothing is due. Then the next day, money is withdrawn from my account anyway. Because I'm relying on THEIR app for my account information, I'm not expecting the charge and then I can end up with additional fees. When I've tried to get a clear invoice showing what I owe and when, it has been unnecessarily difficult. I now spend what feels like an hour every month on the phone trying to sort out billing issues that shouldn't exist in the first place. The fees are also getting ridiculous. You can be charged for being six minutes late to a class, even though you're already paying an additional monthly fee for access to those services and that's IF you can even get into a class, because they're frequently full. It feels like VASA has become very quick to charge members fees while providing very little grace when their own app and billing system are confusing or inaccurate. If VASA is going to hold members to strict policies and charge fees at every opportunity, they should hold their own billing system and member services to the same standard. I used to really enjoy this gym. Now, instead of simply focusing on my workout, I'm regularly dealing with confusing charges, fees, and phone calls trying to figure out my account. Very disappointing.

I knew it was going to be an adjustment since I haven't been to a gym in 9 or so years (remember lifetime fitness?). I was worried I wouldn't know how to use the equipment and I would just look silly! That wasn't the case (well maybe I still looked silly but no one cared!). Any questions I had were answered beyond expectation! The gym is very clean, up to date, the equipment is friendly to use, towels are provided (cold ones too, which are amazing after breaking a sweat!!). I used my free consultation with Justin and he was wonderful! He pushed me even when I wanted to tap out! I know it was totally worth it and having someone to push you when you want to quit definitely helps! I look forward to going again tomorrow!! The only downside is the tanning bed is slightly out of date, but in all honesty it's unlimited for only and extra $10 a month. It's still well worth it!

He had been going to Vasa or golds and staying in somewhat respectable shape, but he knew high intensity fitness was what the research has been showing to be the most successful. So Moe joined RCF. He was apprehensive at first about not being able to do a lot of the lifts and not being able to keep up with the really fit guys. But they all welcomed him with open arms and were never shy about sharing workout tips and offering help. Every coach has been fantastic to work with. Even Van who yells at me during the workout, I know he's just trying to help. Moe has been doing CrossFit now for about 5 months and his body has changed for the better as has his mind.
