Great instructor. Class was fun and a good work out. Clean place and good airflow in the exercise room.

I have been SO HAPPY with the care I am receiving at i'move! I went to an orthopedic doctor for pretty severe knee pain from a running injury. Once they ruled out fractures or tears they recommended me to i'move for treatment. A few years ago my husband was also referred here after having ACL and meniscus surgery on his knee. He worked with Mike, and thought it was really helpful and went very well. For my treatment I've been working with Colin. He is so nice, and professional, and I really appreciate that he remembers the conversations we have. Not all care providers actually listen or take the time to remember what their patients/clients/customers talk about. On top of that, my knee is exponentially better! It's been hard work, and I have been putting the work in at home as well, but I'm still amazed at how much better my knee is. I really appreciate the plan being tailored to me. When I haven't had time to put in the work at home, or if I had a set back, we adjust the plan as needed. I haven't graduated yet, but have make great progress, and I would absolutely recommend them!

The value and opportunity is unmatched, not to mention how clean this gym is. They make it so you feel accomplished and successful every workout. It's weird to say you want to go work out but we do. My husband and I both can't get over how amazingly blessed we feel having a place like TGH in our town where we can work out together or on our own with new friends. Our membership includes access to a red light, infrared sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub (Crazy!) People dealing with pain issues or mental health challenges might find Sandy's offerings particularly helpful. It is absolutely beautiful when someone is able to do exactly what they were put on this earth to do, and Sandy Parker is one of those people who has found that purpose. I am so grateful to Sandy for her part in my personal journey to peace and wellness. Talking with the owner of the studio, who is not only extremely well prepared in the Iyengar method but is also the brave owner of her small business, I was delighted to support her On the Path yoga studio. I will definitely be coming back next summer.

I asked when these were purchased if there was an expiration date and was told there wasn't. There is no expiration date written on the passes either. I still have most of these passes in my possession. I went to use one last week and I was denied entry. The explanation that was provided to me was 1. We stopped accepting these over a year ago 2. We sent emails out to let people know a long time ago that we wouldn't be accepting them any longer (I'm not on their email list) 3. We can't tell if people are photocopying and faking these passes or not. (Wow, I feel like I'm being accused of forging $5 passes so I can sneak into the gym?, really?). What bothers me far more than the lost $100 or so in passes is the lack of empathy and understanding. The only reason I went to the gym last week was with a relative who is older (and a member) so I could help set them up with a workout routine in light of a recent medical diagnosis. They wouldn't even let me enter just this once without paying for a $10 day pass. I guess I'm sorry I didn't use these passes sooner? But no empathy and flexibility from the staff at Spring Lake Aquatic Center earns a thumbs down from me. I've spent almost my entire life (since I was two years old) living in and supporting the local tri-cities. Doesn't feel right for a local organization to take my money and deny the service I paid for.
