Great instructor. Class was fun and a good work out. Clean place and good airflow in the exercise room.

I purchased several day passes (granted it was years ago) so that I could work out at this facility…read morefrom time to time. I asked when these were purchased if there was an expiration date and was told there wasn't. There is no expiration date written on the passes either. I still have most of these passes in my possession. I went to use one last week and I was denied entry. The explanation that was provided to me was 1. We stopped accepting these over a year ago 2. We sent emails out to let people know a long time ago that we wouldn't be accepting them any longer (I'm not on their email list) 3. We can't tell if people are photocopying and faking these passes or not. (Wow, I feel like I'm being accused of forging $5 passes so I can sneak into the gym?, really?). What bothers me far more than the lost $100 or so in passes is the lack of empathy and understanding. The only reason I went to the gym last week was with a relative who is older (and a member) so I could help set them up with a workout routine in light of a recent medical diagnosis. They wouldn't even let me enter just this once without paying for a $10 day pass. I guess I'm sorry I didn't use these passes sooner? But no empathy and flexibility from the staff at Spring Lake Aquatic Center earns a thumbs down from me. I've spent almost my entire life (since I was two years old) living in and supporting the local tri-cities. Doesn't feel right for a local organization to take my money and deny the service I paid for.

Water slide, lazy river, splash zone, huge hot tub, steam room, and lap pool! I definitely was bummed when it was time to leave, but we fixed the sadness by getting a membership! The gym side of things is also top quality. There are weight machines, free weights, cardio machines, and indoor track, basketball court and more! The workout possibilities are endless and the staff is awesome! Very (and I mean VERY) affordable to get a membership here!

I've only been going here a couple of months since I'm in this area for a while. I have been to…read moreother fitness centers and this is definitely one of the nicer ones. Plenty of equipment, and the place is cleaned regularly. Although they do encourage the members to clean up the equipment after they use it, only about half of them actually do....plus many give it a half-ass effort. Another observation about some of the members, they can sometimes tie up a machine longer than they should. I get it, if you're doing a series of reps, you need to cool down in between sets. That should only be about a minute, but many will take 5-10 minutes between sets. They get caught up in texting or social media. So let's say three sets of reps that should take about 10 minutes, takes them :25-:30 minutes! So the rest of us are left waiting. Overall though a good club for the money. Pros: Plenty of parking Plenty of equipment Clean locker room Spaciously laid out. Cons: No swimming pool No climbing wall No spin classes or group bootcamps.

My prepaid phone doesn't allow that so I joined the YMCA. It's disappointing. I've been a member since 2019 when the franchise opened. The staff is young and I wasn't concerned with their professionalism or knowledge. I really valued the personal training classes I took with a woman who is no longer there. The facility was conveniently located, seemingly well maintained with an expansive array of equipment. It seems the opposite of inclusive when you have one specific means of entry.

Coach Cassie, Mike, Zach, and the whole members group embody and exemplify what is true and worthy in the fitness industry - especially the actual pursuit of member health!! The value and opportunity is unmatched, not to mention how clean this gym is. We both started without knowing a single thing about this type of workout and the coaches have taught us the correct positions and movements to keep from injury and to master form over anything else. They make it so you feel accomplished and successful every workout. It's weird to say you want to go work out but we do. My husband and I both can't get over how amazingly blessed we feel having a place like TGH in our town where we can work out together or on our own with new friends. Our membership includes access to a red light, infrared sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub (Crazy!) We have gained mobility, strength, fitness, better sleep, better mental health, and so many new friends. This gym impacts your life way beyond the doors !!!

I have been SO HAPPY with the care I am receiving at i'move! I went to an orthopedic doctor for pretty severe knee pain from a running injury. Once they ruled out fractures or tears they recommended me to i'move for treatment. A few years ago my husband was also referred here after having ACL and meniscus surgery on his knee. He worked with Mike, and thought it was really helpful and went very well. For my treatment I've been working with Colin. He is so nice, and professional, and I really appreciate that he remembers the conversations we have. Not all care providers actually listen or take the time to remember what their patients/clients/customers talk about. On top of that, my knee is exponentially better! It's been hard work, and I have been putting the work in at home as well, but I'm still amazed at how much better my knee is. I really appreciate the plan being tailored to me. When I haven't had time to put in the work at home, or if I had a set back, we adjust the plan as needed. I haven't graduated yet, but have make great progress, and I would absolutely recommend them!
