Had the worst customer service experience ever. In the middle of my transaction, the sales associate (Anah) at guest services walks away without warning. Just walks off. I am standing there for a good 8-10 minutes, when another associate (Kathryn) walks to the back then I hear constant giggling. I asked for Anah to return to the register which she refused to come out and even give her name. I requested a manager and was advised there was none by another associate. I had to walk over to the Asset Protection Personnel to get a manager from the back. The only decent human beings in that store are Chevon the manager (who ended up finishing the transaction), the gentleman from Asset Protection and Eric. I will not return to this store and ensure that family and friends do the same. It's experiences like these, why Target is losing money and returning customers. They may need to take some customer service training from Peachtree City and East Point Target. I will be reaching out to Corporate as well. read more

First, let me say I'm only leaving a review because I don't have the same experience as others and wanted to share a more positive review - so other Yelpers are aware there are good experiences at this location. I've come to this Target on several occasions and the staff has always been pleasant and willing to stop whatever they're doing to assist me. The only thing I can say is they have not been fully stocked over the past few months. However, the store is under going renovations and they're reorganizing things. So, I can give grace. Ultimately, they have the majority of things and no one has ever hesitated to come to aid me in finding anything. There was no one at the customer service area, so I walked over to the registers and no employee was there either. There was 1 employee arranging the carts so I asked him if anyone was working customer service. He said someone was in the back and that they come in and out from the back. So I went back over and said "Excuse me, hello, is anyone working customer service?" I could see someone back there but NO one answered me at ALL! There were 2 other people in line behind me too. Finally a girl came walking up VERY slowly from behind us and had been on her phone (as she walked up, no smile or hello but told the person she was talking to to hold on). The last few times I've been in a Target (not just Fayetteville but also PTC) it's been hard to find an employee and the shelves are a mess! The clothing department has clothes on the floor and the dressing rooms had stacks and racks of clothes all around, and every single empty dressing room had many clothes hanging up and on the floor. My Granddaughter and I entered Target on the 30th of October looking for hee some boots to go with hee Halloween costume, and ww we greeted and assistance were superb, by two young ladies who were truly sharing their Epitome of Customer Service. Maya checked us out pleasantly and OH Wow!! What can I say about Jada. Her pleasing smile her aurae and my eight year old Granddaughter thought she smelled good as well. Go Jada! Thanks Maya. Target is my fav store. I am an avid target shopper and have been for years . I am from Maryland and this location is my local target . I really wish they carried everything in stores online . Because I hate visiting this store. Staff is rude , short staffed , 2 cashiers open long lines on the weekends , Starbucks are hit or miss with being open during store hours . I visit this Target more than I'd like to admit. This time I went shopping for travel-sized toiletries. I assume the low stock is due to Target's remodeling, but they did not have anything I went there for. This is frustrating because the website always says those items are in stock, but it is never true. If you visit this Target, do not check the online store before your visit. I've shopped at Target off and on over the years. (Though my favorite store overall is Walmart) I'll make this review short and sweet. PROS - Every time I've been to Target, its typically very clean, the staff is always nice, and everything is neat, tidy and in its place, along with well stocked shelves. Nirvana. CONS - Target is a little higher on many items, and I've noticed that they just dont seem to have quite the same selection as Walmart. My ex and I used to have running jokes that she shopped at "Tarje'" while I went to Walmart. :) The bottom line is that I dont care so much about neat and tidy - I need great prices, and great selection, and Target lacks a little in both. read more

Target you would think as a high end place to shop, but you would be surprised how they treat their employees. I always overhear from different employees how badly they get treated and how certain leaders mistreat them. Other day a kind young lady helped me around the store but before that her and another were talking about how badly their leader is and people higher wont care about the issues because there is no one to replace her. Overheard them complaining about how the store has no hours and others retaliate against there members. As a loyal target shopper I feel bad for all of the employees whom work at this Target. read more

This store sucks and I'm honestly over it I went in with the intent to purchase clothes but it's always best to try them on in the store before purchasing to see if everything fits hence why there are dressing rooms but no they were closed and the sign said it'd be closed for the remainder of the day which makes no sense at all like it just doesn't and it bothers me a lot because I spend a lot of my money at target just for this location to suck they never have anything in stock it's very very frustrating at this point and if you want a good shopping experience I do not recommend coming to this location take the extra 20 minutes to drive to Peachtree target where you'll get your moneys worth also the girl in the back where the dressing room were was on the phone while working meanwhile she needs to open the dressing rooms things are way to expensive to be purchasing items and not knowing if they actually fit before leaving the store read more

This Target is horrible and some of their employees are extremely rude too. I've used their curbside pick up twice and each time they give me expired milk. Why are you selling expired items in the first place? Their customer service is also terrible. Some of their employees lack basic social skills and it's difficult to return anything to them. Literally the worst Target I've been to. I'd rather go to a different one, so never going back to this one. Their cashiers are all in a bad mood, irritated, and very rude for whatever reason. This location in the Pavillion has a horrible pharmacy. My father-in-law is 80yrs old. They are rude, have a bad attitude, do not care about a persons time. The staff needs help and it shows. The front girl wastes people time with waits, she says it might be ready, she says oh 30 min, people wait and they she says oh not for 3 days we are out. The pharmacist yells are her and they hate there job, it shows on the way they treat customers. Never will be go back to this location. read more

Every employee was so helpful and friendly: I asked a few question . Gigi in customer service is amazing. The lights flickered from the rain storm while I was there and she was calm and professional, greeting customers as they came in and assured them the registers were working. This target is the last one I typically go to. It's usually messy and not fully stocked, like the others that are around it. The restrooms are not clean and the dollar section is usually a disaster. What a horrid experience!!! I went to purchase an upright vacuum cleaner for my home. I went to the area where the vacuums are located and obviously there was a myriad of appliances that had different functions and applications. So I undertook the task of find one that was appropriate to my needs. I looked at all the different models for about 20 minutes and was never asked if I had any questions or needed help. As I looked there were models on sale and the sale notices were at the bottom of the display case. With at least 25 different machines available I had to ascertain which sale notice went with each machine. Please note that some of the machines packaging was taped closed or has been opened so that also distressed my ability to pick a machine for purchase. After another ten minutes I finally decided which one to purchase. A shark machine that had a sales price of $169.00 marked down from $199.00. I headed to the checkout counter where there was a line of 5 people and one checker. There were other employees walking around and picking up items that had been left by other shoppers that had left those items in frustration and disgust. I finally get to the checkout employee and she scanned the item and said the price was $399.00!! I told her about the sale notice. By this time another salesperson has opened a line on the counter behind me then suggested I wait until they had time to check the notice. I had waited long enough and was left the vacuum in the cart and walked out of the store to never return again. I went home and looked for the EXACT same machine in Amazon and purchased it for $159.00! Ten dollars cheaper the the sale price notice at Target!!! Stores like this will soon fade away simply because they lack customer service and attentiveness to their customers. Go to Target to look for items BUT, check Amazon for a better price and home delivery!!!! read more

Went to exchange a pair of pants Sunday 11/15 evening (5pm). After going to guest services I was told by a young man to keep my bag there and go get the correct size and come back to guest services. After doing so I encountered a young lady (Kendra), I told her I was exchanging the pants and before I could finish my statement she cuts me off telling me to go to a register to exchange, I finally got her attention again telling her that's not what I was told to do 10 minutes prior, she told me that wasn't true and that no one would hold my bag and tell me to do such a thing, the manager walked up (Matt) and laughed at me not believing my story either. They finally figured out who took my bag after calling 3-4 different employees and he informed them that he did indeed take my bag. After the transaction (Matt) asked me what happened because he only witnessed my attitude. Im a frequent shopper at Target as well as my family and friends, I have informed them all of this incident and the lack of professionalism I experienced and we will not be shopping here again. I received the worst treatment I have ever had from any retail store ever. I purchased a 65" LG tv from this store on Saturday. When I got home to unbox the tv I realized that everything was missing from the box (no stand, no remote, no power cord and no instruction manual). I called the store and they told me to bring the tv back for return or an exchange. We I got back to the store the unboxed the tv and at that point I realized that there was a Samsung tv is the box. The customer service employee was the same one that I had talked to earlier on the phone and she called over her manager who immediately walked to the back of the store to talk to her manager. It was at this point that I realized that they thought that I was the one who had put the wrong tv in the box and they thought that I was trying to scam them. When the manager returned she said that they could not exchange the tv or give me my money back, that they would have to perform their own internal investigation and that I would have to call Target Distribution center. I took the tv back home and called the distribution center and after 3 hours of conversations with them they discovered that the tv had been purchased at another store and return to this one. They told me that they contacted the store and that they made the store aware that they could accept the tv and exchange it or refund me my money. The next day when I went to the store again to return the tv, they were no managers on duty and everyone there gave me no solution, they just told me that they had to perform an internal investigation (which is what the distribution center had already done the day prior). After calling the distribution center again and explaining the entire situation over again and another 2 hours on the phone, they called the store and told the manager again that they are to accept my return and refund me my money. This time when I returned to the store the manager processed my return without saying two words to me. I have never been treated like this before. I spent my hard earned money on a 65" tv and I guess I was expected to have opened the tv box while I was in the checkout line to ensure that the correct tv and all of its parts were in the box. My wife and I spend a lot of money and this store, especially with Christmas coming up. But I assure you that we and no one in my family will be shopping at this store again. The manager on the first return trip did not even obtain my contact information to get in touch with me after they performed their "internal investigation". I guess she just assumed that I was trying to scam them and that I would drop it. The truth is that Target did get scammed by someone. It was the person who returned that tv before I purchased it. Had someone done their job and checked the tv when it was returned by that person this entire mess could have been avoided and I would not have been treated like a criminal or waster the majority of my weekend trying to get what I paid for. read more

I always have toe worst time at this location, especially at the returns desk. Today in particular as I am with Prosha. As I approached the service desk another customer with a cart to purchase arrived at the same time. When told that I only had one item she proceeded to take the other woman. Another customer approached and asked why are there 2 lines. I said because they are taking purchases as well. She then interrupts me and says I can return at the register! She should have said that at first and I wasn't speaking to her. Then when I finally get up to the front she then tells another customer that she can help them as well. I asked if she had the ability to do two things a at once why not do that when I was waiting. She had some flippant response. This is par for the course at this location read more

Chad in the pharmacy is the man!!!! He is by far the best pharmacist of all time. He is way friendly. They didn't have a special medicine we needed right away for our son so chad called all the places near by got it all set up and ready so all my husband had to do was walk in. He always remembers us. And he goes out of his way to answer questions and be super helpful. I never wait long when dropping off prescriptions. I'm way pregnant so waiting is the worst for me. He's friendly and I see him chatting with customers he remembers them. We were going to Publix. But now we exclusively come to target because chad is super legit to my husband and myself. :) read more
