I loved that the staff was right there, constantly cleaning up the extra bubbles and adding more soap to keep the fun going. The giant blue blocks section was so cool, too--the kids built a ton of different things and had a blast destroying them afterward! The old-school phones are always a fun classic, and they absolutely loved the animal section upstairs. It was a perfect day out for the family!

Lots of interactive exhibits, play areas and the obligatory climbing structure. Will inevitably be busy like most things on Long Island. Staff is friendly enough however mostly in the background. Good balance of different types of things to do, including a few animals upstairs. The town play set area is very cool, and I love that they have a rotating exhibit space. It was trains when we were there, themed to Thomas the train with both a ton of tracks to play with, as well as life sized Thomas train characters. Had to drag my son out of there, however luckily their gift shop is decent with legitimate toys versus just cheap crap. Would definitely come back here.

Huge modern play area, sand room, laser tag and arcade room including claw machines. The admission price is a bit pricey compared to others, open play costs $42.99 + tax for kids 3 feet and taller and 1 adult. Additional adults cost $18.99 each. It does include unlimited time as others are usually 2 hours max and it includes laser tag. Place is very large, has drinks and a small gift shop (toys, gifts etc). The decor was amazing! It matched what we saw in their website and Instagram. It also came with pizza and juice for the kids and unlimited play. I was allowed to bring additional food and other snacks and they were kind enough to help me set up and plate the food. One tip would be to confirm the arrival of the pizza time. Our was suppose to arrive at 1230 (party started at 12) and it didn't arrive until 130 because of the rain. The pizza is ordered from a pizza shop so it had to be delivered. They were super nice and apologetic about it. The play area is huge and something for everyone. Although it might be hard to track your kid. It also felt cleaner than other indoor playgrounds that we've been too. We would definitely be back!

Unfortunately, instead of greeting us when we walked in, he immediately raised his voice to point out that we had entered through the exit. Both doors are right next to each other, lead to the exact same place, and there was absolutely no line, so the way he addressed us felt completely unnecessary. Throughout the interaction, his attitude came across as extremely passive-aggressive, unprofessional, and immature. What stood out even more was how differently he treated other customers compared to us. As a regular customer, I was very disappointed by the way we were spoken to and treated. Customers should be made to feel welcomed and respected, regardless of the situation.

At one point we were…read morecoming almost every weekend, and I've stayed here plenty of times right up until their 10 PM closing. I have NEVER seen this place run the way it was on Saturday, August 22. We arrived around 7:45 PM and paid FULL PRICE, yet multiple attractions were already closed or had nobody working them. The bumper cars were closed, another attraction my daughter wanted to use had no employee operating it, and the attraction with the hanging seats was basically shut down. Parents were pushing their own children until an employee came over and told them it was closed for the night. There was also nobody properly directing the dodgeball area. Laser tag was closed as well, although I'm not sure if that was due to renovations. Then around 8-something I tried to get my daughter a slushy and was told that was closed too. The MAIN bathroom was closed, so everyone was being directed to the family bathroom, which was absolutely disgusting. What I don't understand is how you can advertise that you're open until 10 PM on a Saturday, charge families full admission, and then have multiple attractions and services unavailable more than TWO HOURS before closing. Their own website currently advertises Saturday hours until 10 PM and lists several of these attractions as part of admission. (Empire Adventure Park) I spoke to the manager on duty because there appeared to be plenty of employees around, yet so many areas either had no one working them or were already closed. I'm not a first-time customer who doesn't know how this place normally operates. I've been coming here for two years, which is exactly why this visit stood out so much. If customers are paying full price, the attractions included with that admission should be available during operating hours, or customers should be informed BEFORE paying that they will have limited access. I have already contacted upper management and requested an explanation and appropriate compensation. This was extremely disappointing, especially coming from a place we have enjoyed and supported for years.

Every room is private so it was just the 2 of us and they let you connect your phone to their system so you can listen to your own playlist while painting. They give you ample and quality gear - poncho, coveralls, gloves and goggles. And then they send you into the room with plenty of paint, 1 canvas per person and whatever else you ordered (paint bombs, paint guns, spin art, stencils, etc). We also got the bear pour as an add-on and I'm super excited about it! (Note that the bear can't be taken home that day though so we paid for shipping). You can paint wherever and however to your hearts desire. Our room also had plastic axe throwing and a drum with paint on it to splatter. I LOVE taking pictures so I also very much appreciated that they come in constantly to take pictures and send them to you a few days later. When it was time to go, they give you pizza boxes that hold the canvases perfectly. We laid down a sheet in our trunk underneath but it wasn't necessary (and our canvases had A LOT of paint on them so we we were impressed they didn't spill - and made the 1.5 hr drive home without getting ruined). It was a fun way to celebrate my birthday and I would definitely go back with my 3 boys! Afterwards, we did their target zone with BB guns (they said age minimum is about 10 which makes sense). I wasn't sure if we'd do it but I wanted to extend our day to more than just the hour so we went ahead and did it. VERY WORTH IT! Ron helped us and was a great instructor - very nice and happy to be there. We tried their airsoft rifles and then their handguns and both were very different and fun to play with. Everything looked very clean and the place was brightly lit. I love that you can see the entire play area if you're sitting down and having a coffee or something. They have some food and drinks available for purchase during non-party times. There were two private bathrooms and free parking in the back. I also saw an outdoor fenced play area behind the facility which I'm assuming would be for when the weather is nicer out. It was my first time at Sippy Cups (though I've always heard them recommended by other moms) but I'd definitely return to check out their open play!
