During a recent trip the fries and tots my friend ordered both came out less than hot. Issue 1 - The golf ball dispenser did not work well. We had to waive the club over the sensor or hold it there for 30 or more seconds for each ball. I said something to the waitress, and she saw that it was spitting out balls, just very slowly. She did nothing to help us. I complained at least 3 times to her. The people next to us were playing 2 or 3 balls for each one we were getting out the machine. After an hour I went inside to complain, and they sent out a maintenance man right away. He said that the lid was loose and reset the lid. The machine worked perfect after that. He gets a gold star and the waitress gets a frown from me. Issue 2 - We booked the bay from 9:00 to 11:00. They did not open the doors until exactly 9 which I understand. After we were playing, I realized that they shorted us 2 minutes on our time. I took a picture and I agree that 2 minutes is not a huge deal, but when you open your doors at 9:00 my time in the bay should have went to 11:00 for the full 2 hours. I did have fun playing golf with the family and the goal posts were a nice add since the last time we were there.
