This is a workers' joint. Eat on picnic tables under a tin roof with fans blowing to cool you off in the summertime. Nothing fancy. I had a bacon cheeseburger and fries. The patty is obviously pre-formed, but the burger was big and tasty. Crinkle cut fries were hot and salted just right. The prices are good and service is quick so plant workers can get in and out quick. This is no white tablecloth restaurant, but good, tasty, filling food. I'll be back. Came back for lunch today and ordered chili cheese fries with jalapeños and bacon. The order was huge. I'm a bit of a BBQ critic and so in love by the awesome atmosphere of the restaurant, but the food was underwhelming. I got the BBQ plate which was only $8 which is so cheap for BBQ! I lived in the great state of Alabama for a while and know amazing BBQ. This is a really cool hole in the wall restaurant and hats off to the owners for creating such an awesome experience! For the price of the food it is good, but for a little better quality I would've been willing to pay more. After seeing the reviews here on Trip Advisor I decided to find this restaurant and give it a try. Turns out it is only a few miles from my house! It could rightly be called a "dive" in the best sense of the word. The seating is under cover but definitely open air. It was cool but there was a good fire in the fireplace that really felt good. I walked up to the window and looked at the menu. With some help from the ladies I decided on the Sneaky Burger. It was a large burger with sliced beef, bacon, grilled onions, jalapenos, lettuce, tomato and barbecue sauce. Absolutely one off the best, and biggest, burgers I have ever eaten. This was my first time there but it will not be the last. I would recommend it to anyone that wants a laid back place to get some food, kick back and relax at a very reasonable price. read more

The Sneaky burger is a must. Juicy, tasty, made with additional brisket, veggies, cheese, BBQ sauce, grilled onions and jalapeño slices. It's huuuuge. Crinkle fires to go with it but they have a ton of options. Will return but it will be a while, you can only have this type of meal once every couple of weeks. read more

They may make a good burger, however, the BBQ brisket was not BBQ. The beans came from a can and the potatoe salad tasted like store bought. The brisket tasted and looked as if it had been boiled, smoke ring nor smoke taste. The best part of the meal was the canned coke. read more

If you read the components of this burger you'd think this would be bliss on a bun: ground beef, BBQ chopped brisket, BBQ sauce, roasted jalapenos, bacon. Yes, it sounds amazing. It's not. It's one of those moments when the parts are better than the whole, as each component competed for prominence on your palate. Tastes aside, what I ate made me very ill. I won't be for any more "sneakiness" at Sneaky Pete's. I will say though that the staff are very friendly and nice, but that isn't enough to deserve a higher rating when the food is this bad. read more

It's not often I take time to write a review but for this i am willing. Two coworkers and myself thought we would try this place cause we've worked near it for years but never went. The reviews online seemed good unlike the food. I looked past the fact that it was a food truck behind a big wall because sometimes you find hidden gems that way,but this place was still a lump of coal. We all got the fish and shrimp combo and when we got to work one guy's box didnt have the shrimp. When he started to eat his fish he noticed a hair cooked into it. Being me I started laughing at him and making fun but guess what I saw when I went to grab a shrimp? Another black hair cooked into the breading of my shrimp. At this point I had already eaten a couple cheese sticks,one shrimp,and a few bites of fish. Every item looked and tasted frozen. None of us will be going back. I wish I could give this place zero stars. read more
